Love the color of it & all that it can hold. It can hold several quarts of iced coffee & fruit juice. It can hold so much that I can barely lift it, but it holds up. Love the color & design. In the demo picture, I don't like the wider top than the bottom but in person, it is not so noticeable. I have experienced no tears or zipper issues. I like the flat bottom so that I can set it down going up the nine porch steps (I am partially disabled so I have to use handrail with one hand to help pull me up to the next step). I have bought many re-useable insulating shopping bags & this is my all time favorite. Kind of pricey but I use it as least twice/week.
