This product arrived early and although it is quite heavy when not put together, it wasn't too bad after it was built. The product comes with all the tools you need to complete it, including an Allen wrench and a screwdriver that was nice enough to actually keep. It took me 4 hours to put it together by myself, but definitely worth it. Even comes with plastic for the corners to protect the kiddo from head injuries. Love this piece of furniture.

This is a well made dresser, and I love the color. My only complaint is the drawers don’t pull out far enough. So it’s hard to load clothes in and out. We are going to have to replace the tracks to a longer one. Customer service was great when it was delayed shipping. And it wasn’t too difficult to put together, just takes time. If you can’t put together ikea furniture, this is a breeze!

We ordered this product and it arrived with a cracked drawer front (not from shipping damage). We liked the overall look of the product and the pieces we received so we went ahead and put it together, hoping the company would send us a new piece. When I emailed them with a photo they got back to me with in a business day and in less than a week they had sent a new piece and I received it within a week. Really pleased with the customer service and speed at which they fixed the issue. As for the piece itself. It comes in a lot of individual pieces that were very well packed into a box. To set expectations you will be building every component from drawers, to the cabinet itself. It probably took me a little less than 2 hours to build - start to finish. The instructions provided were very clear diagrams that helped with part orientation and the build process. Once complete the cabinet felt sturdy. Given the price point the effort required to build and the resulting end product was excellent!

These drawers are NOT deep at all. If you are looking for deep drawers this isn’t it. Luckily this is for our guest room

I was pleased (and a little surprised) with the quality of this dresser. While it isn't hardwood the look and quality is much closer than others. On top of it, the service was excellent. In the future we'll be ordering from this company again.

I was going to give this much better review as the build quality it pretty good and assembly was easy. When I was all done and putting the drawers in I noticed they don't even pull out halfway! The drawers are 12.5" and they only open 5.75" the top drawers are almost useless since they are so small. I will be keeping the dresser because it matches the end tables I have (same manufacturer and those open all the way) I will be ordering and putting all new drawer slides on myself

I love my 9 drawer dresser from Linsy. It's just that I originally ordered this and Amazon sent me a msg that they were no longer dealing with Linsy. So I ordered a 7 drawer dresser through Linsy. Then Amazon showed shipping the 9 drawer. So I had to refuse the 7 drawer and I'm still waiting on a refund from Linsy. If Amazon would have given me more information this wouldn't have happened.
