Description said refurbished but it obviously was not even inspected. It was repackaged and sent with some pretty serious damage. I had to use a hammer to set it up but, even then it was not level. I would have returned it after my guest slept on it but, in the process of making it work I left hammer marks on it. this bed works well for the 2 year old who is very independent and he likes his own bed.

I originally got this bed for my mother to sleep on after hip surgery. That was a big fail. She sat down on the bed and the springs were so flimsy. Not sturdy enough for someone who just came out of surgery. The legs do not lock in place. If you move the bed back or forth, the front and back legs will fall. Just make sure you keep the bed in one spot. But this is great for other people who dont need support or help to get on and off the bed. My toddler loves it. ... show more
