We have had a terrible time getting a hold of the distributor customer service department that was suggested if there was a problem tried for a week all we got was a voicemail Then called the Linon company in New York and they said they would see if parts are available but we haven’t heard back from them terrible that some of the parts were put back together with wood putty from the manufacturer this is a dining set I worry about it falling apart when people sit on it not to mention the top table is cracked in two spots all the way through top and bottom very disappointing Amazon has said that we can return this item for a refund or return it for replacement but who wants to take apart an entire table set and drive it over to the local UPS? If we would have found these issues with the first pieces that we built the main piece we would’ve stopped there but the pieces that were defective were with the table itself that was the last to be made $400 later we sit around and wait for someone to help us with the issues Update : The Linon company contacted us via email to let us know the parts were unavailable and could not be replaced they suggested we go back through the “retailer” Amazon to return the product I originally searched and ended up buying this product hoping to re-create memories around a booth style table just like my grandparents had where we shared meals and stories laughter and love I don’t know how long this will last my husband says we can try some kind of putty on the table top but you shouldn’t have to spend that much money on a table set and fix it right out of the box As far as the wood putty parts only time will tell about their longevity I was asked to tell about assembly it was a long process with many small parts only little by little to find parts were defective and quality control was not up to par I think in the furniture if possible consumers in general should purchase large furniture items in person near home to avoid these kinds of issues We only wrote this in hopes that it could help someone in not having the same outcome 😔 ... show more

I have never been so upset ordering off Amazon as I am after receiving this product!! The quality it absolutely horrid!! I literally received plywood with one coat of grey paint. ONE!!! YOU CAN SEE THE WOOD UNDERNEATH!! As well as there is no sealant on top of that!! So when my kids say down to eat and dropped pizza on it there is now a huge oil stain. Then when you wipe it off all the paint came off and now there's a huge spot with no paint. Not to mention the chuncks missing. I'm so upset and feel defeated at this point!! ... show more

Love this corner nook unit. I am a 64 year old woman. I am 5 feet tall and weigh about 100 pounds. It did take me all day to put it together, but that is because I kept taking a coffee break. It is sturdy and good quality. Happy that I got it.

I bought this two weeks ago for $500! We’ve ate dinner on it once and it won’t come clean. My daughter colored on it with crayon and the “finishing” was coming off faster than the crayon. Super disappointed and a waste of $500. I’m sick of over it.

What a mess. I never really review products in here but this was BAD. The product pictures are absolutely off. There is barely paint on these, it’s basically plywood, and we received maybe half of the parts needed to build this. We are in the middle of a move and the false advertising from these photos have set our move back a few days. We returned this the same day we got it in the mail. BEWARE. ... show more

The personwho last had it keptlt the screws and everything else. I litterly paid 295 for wood pieces no instructions no nothing. I was informed by the used product description it was in good condition only damage to the box . once received not 1single screw just a box of boards. I am agitated.
