My stock H1 riser cable didn't work with my motherboard and my GPU, so this was a must. Installation was straightforward. It was a snug fit, but the hardest part was getting over my heebie jeebies to bend the riser cable into position. The instructions stated not to screw the PCB in, so I didn't. My 3070 didn't wiggle at all once it was connected and screwed down to the chassis. Performance is stellar and I haven't had any issues with my build since! The riser works well in Gen 4 mode with my 6800xt with no stuttering or graphical glitches. It's expensive, but having had issues with cheaper "Gen 4 compatible" risers from other vendors, I'd rather pay a little more to get something that I know will work.

Cable is solid, detects at 4.0 every boot so far without issues after several months of regular use. Replaced a 3.0 cable that came with my Jonsplus i100 case after getting frustrated inconsistent boot failures after a BIOS reset. This has been completely solid and was a direct fit in the case.

Perfectly fits the Ssupd Meshlicious for those looking for an upgrade from the pcie 3.0 riser cable to a 4.0 one. No issues putting it in, aside from folding the cable the same way the old one was and it screws into the same position as the old one, so no need to move around the stand offs. The holes for the screws are a little tight but you should be able to get them through regardless and secure it into place. ... show more

Attempt to buy low price 4.0 PCIe's cable from other brands and was very disappointed to the point I returned them. Decided to go with Link up afterward and realized I could saved me the trouble if I went with their PCIe 4.0 cable for my PC build. Loving it!!!!

Needed to upgrade my 3.0 thermaltake cable because it was doing strange things to my computer when i installed my new GPU. This cable was the problem. Bought this 4.0 and all is well now. I will say that the length is pretty short. I ended up getting it to work but the GPU isnt where i really wanted it to be. First world problems right? anyways this cable works great so far and now i can get back to making chads cry on tarkov. ... show more
