Description
HX One is a powerful stereo effect pedal with intuitive controls that fits onto any pedalboard. Select one of 250+ effects taken from the acclaimed HX family processors and easily adjust the parameters displayed on the OLED screen using the three corresponding knobs. You can also automate parameter changes via the unique Flux controller and trigger them with the Tap/Flux footswitch. Connect an optional expression pedal or two external footswitches for additional control. HX One also provides adjustable input impedance; a choice of True Bypass or buffered DSP Bypass; MIDI In and Out/Thru connectors; 128 Presets; and a USB-C port for firmware updates and use with the HX One Preset Librarian application. HX One may be powered using the included 9V power supply or most third-party power supplies, making it easy to add to your pedalboard.

Great Drive Pedals
These pedals are excellent for gigging musicians. My wife got one of these for me for Christmas and I loved setting up drive tones controlled by MIDI and having them swap out for each song in a set as needed. I was using it as a primary and still running my Klon Klone, Tube Screamer, and Blues Breaker into it for 2nd stage gain. Having a second one makes the pedalboard that much lighter and the drive tones can shift via MIDI for whatever I want. These are great pedals that are easy to use and set up and and they sound great. They are a bit steep in price but for the amount of drives, boosts, distortions and wet effects you get, they are pretty well worth it in my book. If you're looking to have a versatile single pedal to do that one-off or just to have the functionality of having variable drives at you feet with a simple midi command, these pedals are hard to beat. Paired with a midi controller like the M-Vave Chocolate, these things rock.

Great for that one thing you need when you need it!
This is a “Swiss army knife” pedal. Think of it that way and you’ll be more than satisfied with the results. It feels rugged, it’s easy to use, the effects sound incredible, there isn’t much to disappoint. I’m not a performing musician, so my application is home studio and not trying to hunt down all of the modular, reverb and delay effects I want to try or might need. I still run an analog overdrive pedal or amplifier overdrives for “distortion” tones, but the ones found in the HX One do sound pretty good. For me sometimes I just need a pedal to be that one thing for a little while, and then something else another time. This pedal fits that description perfectly.

A Must-Have To Avoid NPD, GAS, and 1-trick pony effects
This little guy is amazing, and is a must-have for all guitarists that need that 1 "special" pedal for 1 special song. It does a B+ or better job covering gaps and you find in your pedal board, but only 1 effect at a time. Only play 1 Van Halen song? Don't get a phaser. Get this thing. Only play 1 90's Rock/Grunge song? Don't get a chorus. Get this thing. Need a quick tuning change but don't want to re-tune or buy another guitar? Get this thing. It pitch shifts too!! It does all the core effects convincingly well. It's saved me hundreds on buying 1-off effects pedals that provide 1 sound for that 1 song you play. It does 4 cable method, so you can create time/modulation loops on your pedal board. There's expression pedal and expansion switch options. And it gets updates. You really can't go wrong with this. Just...be sure you're okay with it only ever doing 1 thing at a time.

Outstanding swiss army knife of a pedal
Have been a long time Line 6 Helix user (Floor, Native, Effects). This pedal has all the great effect of Helix and has smaller footprint and runs off 9v power source. For clarity, this pedal does not have amps/cabs and is more of a replacement of a single effects pedal than a whole pedalboard like Helix.

Solid unit
if you're familiar with Helix effects theres nothing really new here BUT this is a great Swiss army knife pedal for your pedalboard, allowing you to experiment with lots of effects without buying a specific pedals

awesome and fun
The good news is that this is an incredible pedal with a near limitless number of effects you can build off ~250 basic effects almost all of which are very interesting and fun. The bad news is that Im spending near limitless hours screwing around with this making lots of fun noises that are very entertaining for me but apparently less so for the rest of the household.

Perfect Swiss Army Knife pedal .
After less than an hour with this pedal , I think my exhausted search for an affordable multi effects pedal has paid off . Line 6 makes great gear . This complements my relatively small pedalboard quite well . I have a lot of Strymon and Whampler pedals covering the basics , but didn't want to spend a ton of cash on more unique and space eating pedals . This covers those in a small package . Very user friendly, with multiple adjustable peramiters and well built . My only con ,would be the display not being color and perhaps larger.

Love this thing! It's totally a Swiss army knife on my pedalboard. I use it for the reverbs, delays, and various modulation effects. I might buy second one for the front-end of my board.
