This pillow has started shedding actual feathers with their quills. This is not pure goose down and includes feathers. Do yourself a favor and find a pure goose down pillow

This pillow offers ZERO support! I could tell as soon as I picked up the box on my front porch, it was as light as a feather. Ordered a queen medium. Head sinks right through the feathers to the bed. Don’t spend your money here.

...I don't agree with their firmness rating and their description sounds like they allow returns if you don't like it. I got the "medium" firmness and to me it feels like it's firm. I was going to exchange it for the soft pillow but you can't return the pillow through Amazon(Lincove was supposed to contact me but they never did), you have to do it through their website and there are stipulations. You have 7 days from when you receive the pillow to return it, you have to pay for the return shipping costs, and you can't have used the pillow. How do I know if I like the pillow if I can't use it? Beds have better return policies than this. As for the pillow quality, the shell seems pretty good about keeping the down in. It does have a really nice loft/fluffiness to it. The down seems pretty good but I'm used to other down being more "squishy" than this. Perhaps that's due to the amount of down in the pillow? This is why I mentioned I felt it was more firm than I was expecting. This is a fairly firm pillow. I still don't know if I would buy this again if I could go back in time. I'd like to try the "soft" pillow but their return policy is crap. Since I can't return the pillow, I'm contemplating removing some of the down to make it softer but I'll wait and see. Update 1/14/21: Not very happy with this pillow. I purchased some bulk 80/20 down on Amazon and made my own pillow(much cheaper) and it's such an improvement that I had to change this review. The bulk down doesn't get hard after a short period of time, isn't nearly as lumpy, and when looking at the feathers, the bulk down looks like actual down. It looks very small and frazzled like dandelion fluff. The feathers that come out of the Lincove pillow just mostly look like small flat feathers. There's no fluff to them. There are some fuzzy down feathers that come out but not as much. Perhaps the bigger, flatter feathers get through the shell easier than the fuzzy down? Regardless, the Lincove pillow isn't nearly as comfortable as some bulk down that I made my own pillow with. The price has also gone up a lot on the Lincove. It's definitely not worth it now. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Pillows are NOT 100% down. Synthetic filling mixed in with down. Very deceptive pillow description as well as very deceptive labels on the pillow. Naturally pillows do not feel as 100% down. We ordered firm and they provided way too much support. Much stiffer than expected. We then tried medium fill, which felt the same. We traveled to mountains with Firm pillows and they expanded at elevation. Company has good customer service. If you are OK with paying this price knowing pillows are not 100% down, I would give it a try. ... show more

After an extra long shipping time, these expensive pillows arrived to be functionally worthless. The medium I ordered provides less support than a soft in some other reputable brand -- my head immediately comes to rest flat on the mattress with the pillow covering both sides of my head. They'd have to decrease the size of the pillow cover by about 6 inches on the short end to create reasonable support with the volume of down that is currently inside. I was moreover stunned to find out that returns do not go through Amazon but through the vendor. This adds extra delay in getting your money back. UGH! I was also surprised to learn that they were made in China from the tags on the pillows themselves - this detail is not disclosed in the product profile. Had all this info be available, I would not have purchased these pillows in the first place. To top it off, the messaging that accompanies the shipment notably directs people away from making any reviews Amazon. I've occasionally been disappointed by purchases, but I can't recall ever experiencing misrepresentation and diversionary tactics running rampant in a product profile to such a degree. ... show more

I bought this pillow because the description says it weighs 5.35lbs. I like to sleep with a heavy pillow on my head. This pillow certainly doesn’t weigh 5.35lbs. More like 1.5lbs.
