This is a cute coat with thick, high quality feeling material. The color is nice and true to the pictures. I found the length to be a tad too long (I’m 5’4). However, I found the fit too big and somewhat awkward looking. The shoulders felt too big and broad and the arm sleeves felt too wide. If it wasn’t for the fit, this would be a really great coat.

I was a little suspicious to order this coat, but I am so glad that I did! It is such high-quality material and style! I feel like it fits true to size and is a very classic coat. One thing that I might change myself will be the buckles on the sleeves and belt - I think a tortoiseshell buckle to match the buttons will make it look even more chic!

Pros: Color is accurately represented (in other words, the bar is set really low, but I wanted to find something nice to say), and the fabric is decent weight and quality. Cons: Fit is odd. Shoulders are really big, sleeves are too long, body is snug and the belt is pretty small. It looks like the belt wasn't made in different sizes to match the different size coats because there is no way you are going to just tie it if you are wearing a size Large or XL. Decorative Buckles look cheap and almost like they are dark brown, not black. They are molded plastic with fake stitches. Would have looked a lot better if they were not trying to look like they were cloth covered. Would be great if they had used a shiny plastic since the coat is also so shiny. I'm not convinced that the coat is 100% cotton. I've had polished cotton coats before that feel nothing like this coat, it definitely feels like a synthetic or blend, and the lining is almost certainly polyester or similar. I was tempted to hold a match to the coat fabric to see if it burned or melted, but since I will give this away to someone or donate it I wanted the person who ended up with it to have something that was in good shape. I am not impressed but it might work OK for someone else.

I think the Lillusory Trench Coat is a good coat. It is long with a slit in the back. It is fully lined, including sleeves. All seams are well done. The arms are long on me. My arms are about 2 inches shorter than the average person so it will fit others as it should. The color shown is pretty accurate, kind of like French Vanilla. It is warm enough to be worn in cold, rainy weather. I like the deep pockets that easily hold a large phone and keys. I think it is very stylish. It reminds me of the old-style trench. The fabric tag reads 100% cotton. I think it is Cotton Sateen. It has a bit of sheen to it. The fabric is not thin, nor heavy like canvas. I think the pictures give a better description than I can. It is straight cut. The belt has a loop on it that helps to hold it in place. The belt holes are metal. My husband loves it and wishes it came in Men’s. I ordered a size Medium according to the size chart provided. It fits great. I am 5’3” tall, 148 pounds, 40-30-40.

Invest in this trench coat. A must have in the wardrobe. You will look expensive, elevated and chic. I love the cut of this coat. Fits true to size and roomy enough for those thick sweaters or turtlenecks. Well stitched and even buttoned up, this coat doesn't overpower the person wearing it. Took it recently on a trip in Southern Cali where temps dropped below 50s and kept me warm and cozy. Highly recommend!
