I was impressed by the packaging, each piece was wrapped separately to keep from scratching and foam pieces placed in box to keep everything in place. Took about 3-4 hours for 2 of us to put it together, one piece had a part that was bent a little so we had to hammer it straight to be able to get the screw in, but besides that the instructions were easy to follow and so far it seems to be a very sturdy bed frame. Each piece fit together perfectly and nothing is loose. I love the black metal and wood look. I love this thing. It removes the need for a box spring, is very pretty, and comfortable. It's so far been stable and is pretty easy to put together and take apart. We just moved and are missing a couple screws now and it's still stable. I love the wood on mental look. Under the bed I was able to fit our large suitcases. If you needed to store other things you could, we don't bc we have pets. I will say since we lost the bolts it is a little squeaky but if you don't lose any parts it's pretty much silent. IF YOU ARE ANYTHING LIKE ME BE CAREFUL BECAUSE THE METAL FRAME AT THE BOTTOM AND THE SUPPORT POSTS ON THE SIDES IN THE MIDDLE WILL COME FOR YOUR KNEES AND TOES lol ... show more

Package arrived on time well packaged. Box was very heavy. Instructions had no words just pictures. Pretty simple other than part numbers 6 and 9 were confusing because China draws a line over their numbers where we draw a line under the numbers. But I eventually realized that I had the parts confused. Also they give you an Allen wrench and crescent wrench to put frame together but I had to have my husband get his tools because the lock nuts would not screw in with their tools. It took about 2 hours to put the frame together. The frame seems sturdy enough to hold 2 heavy people. Description said it would hold 1100 lbs I think. The headboard and footboard have nice looking wood planks. Overall I am very pleased with this item. It has not been slept in yet but I will update if their are problems or issues. The price was the cheapest I could find online even with the 50$ shipping fee. I did put felt pads under legs to ensure my floor would not get scratched or torn. If I need another frame in the future I will check out this brand first. ... show more

I was EXTREMELY skeptical to buy a bed offline from Amazon. Especially when the price is so cheap. Beds are so expensive at furniture stores. I looked at other metal beds and the cheapest I found was $300+ I bought a full size dreamcloud 14' mattress ( downsizing from a queen) and have been searching for a metal bed where the slats are spaced close enough to support my mattress without it sagging between the slats. So far this bed is great. It's extremely sturdy and very low noise. All beds, even brand new, have some kind of sound but some are very loud. That was one of my biggest concerns was the noise. I've never owned a metal bed and didn't know what to expect. It comes with surprisingly nice hardware and I like that every piece is labeled with numbers and letters showing you which is which and the instructions were simple and easy to put to together after you get the hand of it. It even came with tools to use but I always like to use my own. I definitely recommend this bed. I do recommend putting the no scratch sticky pads on all the ends that set on the floor if you have hardwood flooring or tile. Oh, and it came with rubber corner pieces for the 2 footboard corners in case you bump into them which is really nice! ... show more
