Looks cheaper than in the pictures in person and has a lot of pieces to put together. Also the directions in the book and the pieces don’t exactly work out, but you can easily figure it out based on the sizes of the holes. The doors and drawers definitely needed some adjusting but works for a child’s room. Would not use this in the open in my home.

The cabinet is beautiful. We had an issue due to the shippers dropping it, but customer support was very quick to handle it. Assembly is a bit involved, but we followed the instructions carefully and it went together great. It's lovely.

We ordered 4 of these. We opted to NOT use the doors because of the space where they were going. They arrived in 2 shipments. Delivered by UPS, not Amazon. Both boxes were a little banged up but nothing major. There are about 30 wooden parts and an equal number of bags of metal / peg parts. It is a lot. Think IKEA flat pack furniture on steroids. Assembly was ok, tedious but doable. They do include a magnetic screwdriver. The 1st unit went together well. We got 2/3's of the way through the 2nd unit and discovered we had a part labeled "4" and a part labeled "5". In fact we had two part 5's and no part 4. I called Amazon.. was told by 2 customer service reps that they would ship a replacement unit and would send a shipping company to dis-assemble the problem unit and pack it up. Fine.. but the shipping company does not do that (it took 3 phone calls to them to figure that out). I called Amazon back, oops. I was misinformed. I had to disassemble it and repack it. Let's just say that was NOT fun. In the mean time 2 more units showed up. Delivered by UPS again. One box was ok, the other one was a mess (see picture). I refused delivery, UPS took it back. The next day, when I wasn't home, UPS re-delivered the same box back to me! In the end, only the doors were badly damaged and we were not using them so.. it worked. Then the replacement for the 1st unit arrived, delivered by Amazon. Not a mark on the box, 2 guys. They even put it inside my front door. Second unit was fine. We started assembly on the 3rd unit and, low and behold, 2 part 5's and no part 4. Both of us are good at reading plans. We matched the part to the pictures and the packing was wrong. In the end another replacement unit was shipped. With that one, I unpacked it, removed the missing part, put in the duplicate and sealed it back up. Again, no fun. In total, we received 6 units. Two had parts missing, one was badly damaged. It took endless calls to Amazon, waiting on hold being switched around. In the end, the units look pretty good and amazon gave us a full refund but the aggravation? Never again.

Very easy to assemble. Box came a bit damaged, but everything was securely packaged and protected within the box. Instructions were very clear. I was able to build this by myself (it recommends 2), the only difficulty I had alone was putting the top part on the bottom part because it is a little heavy. The doors were also a little difficult to put on alone to ensure it was at the correct height but overall it was doable! Soft closing hinges are nice and the drawers soft close too.
