Overall the product is great, it is sturdy and will work for us, however, it is about 1 1/2" smaller on each side of the queen mattress. I don't think it is going to make much of a difference since it is a platform bed but it is technically just shy of a true Queen size. The instructions call it a "Standard" bedframe which made me think it wasn't going to work, but once we assembled it, and put the mattress on it, it is fine. Customer service is great and responsive to our struggles. The instructions have not many words but mostly pictures - our advice is to make sure you assemble the legs on the headboard correctly as I had inadvertantly put them on the wrong way with the label facing the wall and the labels should be facing the footboard (inside). The cross frame would not match up until I turned that around and then it fit fine. They could improve the instructions to make that a bit clearer. Overall, it was fairly easy to put together and comes with everything you need. I think we will be happy with it in the long run, but it gave me a bit of panic thinking it was the wrong size. ... show more

We bought this bed for a guest bedroom and have been happy with it. The only problem is the cat likes to use the top of the headboard as a scratching post, so as soon as I witnessed that, I put pillows on top. The color was just what I wanted and it was easy for my husband and me to assemble and everything was marked. The only ā€œcomplaintā€ would be is there is a gap between the bottom of the headboard and the mattress, so a portion of the wood slats shows, but it can easily be covered up and may not be an issue depending on the height of the mattress. It would be nice if the height of the headboard was adjustable for that reason, but not anything I would subtract a star for, and that would add more to the cost. The sellers contacted me multiple times to confirm things, which is out of the ordinary these days, but it was a nice change. ... show more

First, the color of the headboard is a lovely bright bright pink. Not baby pink, like almost has a neon tint to it. It's the perfect big girl bed for my toddler. Quality is very nice. The headboard is really nicer padded. It took me 20 minutes to assemble all by myself with a drill and hex bit. Super easy! I did have a small issue fitting the center bar (had to hammer it a little to make it fit), but it was fine once I pushed it in a little. We will see how the quality holds up, but at this price even if it lasts her another four/five years it will be super worth it. Highly recommend for a child/teen, but not a heavyset adult. ... show more

It took me a second to realize the frame was packed inside the headboard. But ok. Thereā€™s a rip on a corner of the headboard and wash your hands before putting together bc my god it gets dirty fast. But for the $ okay.
