I’m so glad I bought this. This greatly increased my mobility now as I’m recuperating from a strained tendon near my knee. It was super easy to put together and of good quality. Most knee scooters out there are just that but the ability to adjust the height and the unique feature of leg rests up front allows you to use this as a a kind of chair scooter. With my knee issues, I could not be on my knees with this, so without that leg rests, it would’ve been useless for me. I use it like a mini bicycle, but this one is without pedals. I use that leg rests up front to support the leg with the knee issue, making it more versatile. You can use it for knee injuries too! It is narrow enough to maneuver inside the house. The ability to lock the brakes is also useful. I parked this next to my bed to help me get up and down in a stable manner. It feels stable as I turn tight corners although it is possible to topple if you were going around a corner too fast. It is not that heavy and can be folded up easily. I also love the basket as it allows me to go hands free. I even added a headlamp on it for bathroom trips in the middle of the night! I was struggling with crutches for a week before 8 ended up getting this, stuck in bed, asking my family members to help me get through the day with most essential tasks like getting food and using the loo. This is frustrating for me as I’m pretty independent. This knee scooter has given me enough functionality so that I get back some freedom to take care of myself and be helpful in the household! There is one issue with this and that is how sharp the brake corners are. I’ve hit it a few times and one time it made a small cut. My husband is 3D printing a cover of it for me so the sharp corners are covered. ... show more

This was perfect for what we neeeded. It was so easy to use and really easy to put together. Really stable and helped with mobility while healing from foot surgery.

I am trying to understand that how dose the parking brake work. Either mine is defected product or the design is not good. The parking break never work for me. Ok, but not great. Fairly easy to put together. The break tightening instructions say you only need to do a few turns to adjust, but in reality it took close to 20 turns and I kept having to slide the spring behind the bolt because the bolt isn't large enough to keep the spring in place. The handle bar system is wiggly. The part that folds down doesn't lock into place securely, so it's not super stable. If you're short, also not the best. I'm 5'4 and the lowest setting is just slightly too high and causes hip pain if I'm up using it for too long. I can't use an added cushion because it's way too high for me and caused me to fall a week after surgery. If you're only needing the scooter for a short period of time, then it's a great option. I would not suggest it to anyone who has stability issues or a fall risk. ... show more

For the price, this is a really good knee scooter. It was great around the house after recent foot surgery. The basket was surprisingly useful.

    • Poorly designed and dangerous!
This product has serious deficiencies. For starters, I am a 62 year old very capable (physically and technically) man who bought this product to use after foot surgery. The mechanism to fold the handle down is a pain in the a*&. You have to undo the lever, then unscrew the latch before you are able to undo it, then you move the latch over to allow the handle to fold. I can do it but it's not a quick process. I cannot imagine how someone significantly older than me or someone who is not in decent physical condition could do this. Worse than this, the shaft that holds the handlebars is extremely wobbly. I have had to use pliers numerous times now to tighten the large nut that you get access to when you fold the handle down, as well as the larger nut on the frame of the scooter. I could see where, if there were a manufacturing issue, I might have had to tighten it once but this should not loosen so easily that I have to do it every several days (and God help anyone who doesn't have the tools and/or the skills to do it!). I would suggest exploring other products than this one. ... show more

Just as advertised. The scooter made my recovery so much easier and allowed me to be somewhat independent. Very stable, easy to assemble and the basket was perfectly sized for my needs. Worked well!

This product is the worst design ever the first one everything was coming loose the wheels, the handlebars no matter what we did so I returned it. They sent me another one and that one was even worse so I ended up getting another scooter. I had to use that scooter for at least 6 to 9 months and it wouldn’t have lasted another two weeks.
