I very rarely write reviews on Amazon. Mostly just because I'm too busy to take the time out of my day. I had to write a review about this bike, not because it's such an awesome ebike (which it actually is) but because of our experience with the seller which I'll share below. But first my honest review of the bike... This ebike is awesome. We got it for our 4-year-old and he absolutely loves it. Nothing about it feels cheap, everything is solid and well made, and it has the perfect amount of power and speed for its size. Now about the seller... We had an issue where the bike wouldn't charge, so we reached out. They were very prompt with communication and quickly determined the battery was faulty and offered to ship a replacement. We were leaving on a family trip in 7 days and really hoped to bring the bike with us, so we asked if we could pay to expedite the shipping. That's when they told us that not only was expedited shipping not possible, but they were actually out of stock and wouldn't be able to send one for a couple of weeks. To our surprise, 5 days later a new battery showed up on our doorstep. I don't know if they pulled one from an existing bike or what, but they clearly went above and beyond to get it to us before our trip. It even happened to arrive on our son's birthday, so he got to ride his ebike on his big day and gets to bring it on our family trip. We really appreciate the seller for making that happen. On top of the great customer service, it really is a super nice ebike. Highly recommend. Thank you for the awesome service!

We bought this bike for Our 2 year old son and we could Not be happier with it! We did extensive research on the electric balance bikes and decided on this one! So easy to assemble, the price was just right, and although it goes pretty fast for a 2 year old it’s the perfect speed for him! The product itself is such good quality and the perfect size for somebody his age/size! The battery life is unmatched! This was the best option to introduce him to a throttle and hand brake before we jump to a dirt bike next year!

We love this for our 3 year old. It goes quick, and the battery lasts for awhile! Easy assembly. The only thing we added was a metal piece that moves to keep the battery flap closed.

I bought this electric bike for my 8-year-old and 4-year-old, and they both absolutely love it. The dirt bike style was a huge selling point — they think it looks just like a real dirt bike, which made them instantly obsessed with it. The adjustable seat height was a big plus for us. My 4-year-old is a little taller for his age, and it fits him really well, while still working great for our older child too. I also really appreciate that you can switch between a slower mode and a higher-speed mode. Starting them out in the slow setting helped them build confidence, and it’s nice knowing they can grow into the faster mode. The bike feels very sturdy and well-made. It’s held up great to regular use, feels stable when they’re riding, and has good balance — which gave us peace of mind, especially with a younger rider. Overall, this has been an awesome purchase and totally worth it. If you’re looking for an electric bike that looks cool, is durable, and offers safety-friendly speed options for kids, this one is a winner.

The best! My son loves it and it's so nice for when we want to do long walks. Its the end of May right now and we have had it since Christmas and it's work perfectly for us. The batter life is pretty long but we bought an extra one and carry it with us for when were out extra long. Some things that I wish it had was a back fender so mud doesn't fly up my son's back and wider foots pegs.

We love this dirt bike! We bought it for our 4 year old who is now five and there is still plenty of room to grow into it. Between the 3 different speeds it was slow enough to comfortably learn on and fast enough to be exciting and make mom and dad a little nervous! Its bigger tires make it perfect for dirt riding but it remains versatile enough for the road too. I also loved that it has a platform for the kids feet which most other kids e-bikes do not. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is because a big reason I bought it was for the removable battery. The problem is that you can’t buy another battery separately. I’ve looked everywhere! That being said, the battery life is pretty decent, especially if they’re just riding around home. Overall, you can’t beat it for the price.

My four year old grandson is loving this bike! It’s the perfect size for his age. He’s able to control the speed by using the throttle with ease. The handbrake is a little hard to use so far, but he’ll get it eventually. The price is great as well. We were looking at a much more expensive bike, but chose this and it worked out great.
