I have been using this wand for years. Yes it leaves little bumps on your face but you don't use it when you're about to go out. I use mine at night when I'm watching TV and I'm ready to go to bed. The bumps go away after a half hour. It's not a big deal. I love it and I use it and I always will

So far, I'm impressed. Lightweight and easy to use. I've only had the product about three weeks, religiously using it every day, and I think I'm beginning to see a smoother complexion. Nothing dramatic, mind you, but as results aren't fully expected for at least two months, I feel there is some clarity in my skin that wasn't there before. I'll report back at a later date. Eagerly unwrapped package. Plugged it in. No lights. Tried a different socket. Different angle. Called customer service. Didn't work. Told to return it to Amazon. Signed up to return it at an Amazon Fresh store. Next day Amazon closes all Fresh stores. Had to contact Amazon again to get new return QR code. Giant hassle. BTW, no one seemed surprised it didn't work ... show more

Easy to use. Will likely take some time before you can tell whether or not it is doing its job. Main downside: you are tethered to the cord as it is not rechargeable.

You need to be patient and persistent with this product. It takes weeks to see a decrease in wrinkles. My target area is the lines around my mouth. I used the light stimulator for at least six weeks before I noticed any result.

This the second time I have purchased the same unit. I use the wand daily. Both times the wand stops working at two years. I love this wand but I am hesitant to purchase for a third time.
