These curtains are beautiful. The color is spot on. They are medium thickness and medium weight. 100 % blackout. They drape beautifully. The backing is sorta like a thin foam backing and is darker Grey than the pictures suggest, but it doesn't matter to me. They work and are beautiful. Not soft but more slick to the hand. They are beautifully made as well. No loose strings and I couldn't be any happier with this purchase. They fit perfectly and I feel they will hold up to washing. Holy. Moses. I spent a few days trying to figure out what curtains I wanted. I wanted 100% blackout for my bedroom because I am one of those people that needs to sleep in complete darkness. These are the real deal. There is 0 light coming through these babies! These are the best blackouts I’ve ever had. The material on the back of them makes it so 0 light comes through. The only reason my bedroom still looks light is because I don’t have the other curtains up yet 😂 They’re very well made and the material is beautiful. Very rich looking. The green is exactly as pictured. These aren’t crappy like Walmart or some other big box store that claim 100% blackout. These are amazing! Will be ordering more for my other bedroom! I can’t believe how beautiful these are. *I also paired them with wrap around curtain rods, not the straight rods for total black out. I got the 84in and put them a little higher above the window. Where we just moved, it doesn't get full dark in the summer time until around 10:00PM. Our sleep cycles were wrecked. I tried some of those brands you find at TJs, Kohls, etc...meh. These bad boys block out every single smidge of light. It's legit like sleeping in deep space or a cave. So, yeah, wonderful. The material is probably going to be off putting when you first unbox them. It felt more like a thick tarp but once hung, it looks beautiful.     • Beautiful Curtains But Not Sewn Very Well

I really do like these curtains & I'm going to give the pros & cons of them. * PROS: The color matches the pictures perfectly! The material is beautiful & very thick doing a great job at blocking out light! They did come a little wrinkled but after a few minutes in the dryer the wrinkles fell right out making them ready to hang. They're true to size & overall I really like them! * CONS: After hanging them I realized that the top isn't sewn very well. The thread in certain spots has come loose which causes the pleating to look messy & uneven. So while the material is of good quality the sewing of the top is not, which takes away from the way the curtains look while hung. The bottom of the curtains are sewn well & show no signs of the thread coming loose. * OVERALL OPINION If you're looking for a nice pair of drapes that wont cost you a small fortune & not only look nice but do a good job of being a blackout curtain then these are a good choice. My only complaint is the fact that these arent sewn properly at the top affecting how they look when hung. If you're good with sewing or know someone with a sewing machine it would be very easy to fix & wouldn't take long to do. I have debated returning them but have decided to keep them due to it's not worth the hassle of doing so. I'm not sure if I would recommend them based off of my review but if you do buy these make sure you inspect them before hanging them. ... show more

I bought 6 pairs of these to black out a wall of windows that has intense afternoon heat . The room is made to look like a movie theater and these did the trick. Complete black out. Material stands up nicely and the color was perfect. Makes the room at least 10 cooler on these hot summer days.
