I just received this yesterday and used it today to move a 300 lb combination washer/dryer that is in an alcove with no more than 1/2" on each side. I'm relatively young and it nearly killed me when I first installed it. I needed to readjust the feet to level it out again after my foundation settled a bit, so I bought the Air Sled to try and save my sanity the second time moving it. The Air Sled met all my expectations. Out of the box you can tell from the packaging and fit and feel that it's a quality machine. The Air Sled easily lifted my machine up and I was able to slide it out with a good grip on the bottom of the machine. It wasn't effortless but it's as close as you could reasonably expect. It also makes adjusting the feet of the appliance really easy since it's lifted up in the air the whole time. It's expensive, but it absolutely works and I love it. One note is that the listing here has this as the adjustable speed version, but mine has a simple on/off switch, which is not something I care about, but maybe someone else does. ... show more

This product is amazing. It moves our stackable washer and dryer quickly and easily in and out of a small alcove we have created for them as we continue our bathroom/laundryroom remodel. My husband loves to show the appliance mover to nearly anyone who comes over to visit. We love it!

The quality of this item is very good. It has performed well for me but does struggle with items that are in the upper portion of the rated maximum load of 450 pounds. Due to friction on surfaces that are not completely smooth there is more force required to move items than I had expected. That said, I could still move the items without excessive strain. Air sled was helpful to move stove and fridge without damaging our refinished hardwood floors. It is a good product to prevent scratches and damage on wood floors, and it is easy to use. It’s definitely worth the investment!

Not enough power to lift a front load washing machine. the Machine weight 200 and the box says 450. that's not happening.
