This is a really good watch. I have had it a few weeks now. Battery life was important to me so I originally got another watch that had a two week battery life. That watch had a problem so I returned it and got this one. The battery life was said to be about two days but there were a lot of good features so I got this one. With all the features turned on the battery life is about two days BUT with the phone link turned off you can get three WEEKS off of the battery. So as long as you don't listen to music or take calls on it you can go weeks between charges. Pros Really long battery life. I turned off the Bluetooth link for phone calls etc and left the one for data like heart rate etc. That was about it and it drains 4 percent per day. So you can go about three weeks between charges if you turn of some features. I left the turn on when you move you wrist feature on as well. Really impressed with the battery. Metal band and classy look to the watch. Does not look or feel cheap. Most other watches in this price have plastic bands. Bright display can be seen well outside and there are many different faces that come with it or you can make your own. Good App for you phone. Simple and easy to use. Easy set up and configuration. Was no problem to get working fast. Software and displays in the watch itself are well organized and quick to learn. The heart rate monitor works well, the blood pressure seems fairly accurate, step monitor, sleep monitor works well. No issues with any of the health or activity logging/monitoring. The price is great when I show the watch to people they think it is a $300 watch. Calls and music sound good on the phone. Mic works well, volume level is good. CONS Not to many really. The watch looks great and feels solid, it does feel a little hollow when you hold it but when you wear it that goes away. Uses two blue tooth interfaces. But this is also a PRO as I turned off the phone interface and this greatly extended the battery life. Also the phone was annoying as when I get in my car the Bluetooth in my phone stayed pared to the watch and not the car. It was really annoying. Not the fault of the watch but I would have to manually connect the car to phone every time I got in the car. Turning off the interface fixed that. Never had a watch that was a phone before. I cannot really say I like the feature. Would rather just talk on the phone itself. That said it works well and no issue with the watch. That's about it. I had the other smart watch I returned but never owned another one. The interfaces and functionality of this watch are far superior and I would buy again. ... show more

The time and date strangely went to wrong date and time a week ago. I sent an email to have the watch reset. The Que code isn’t working with my iPhone. This happened earlier this year after New Years. The manufacturer reset it. Please reset my watch for CST.

    • Worth the price. Not great, not terrible.

First off, you should know that in order for this watch to do pretty much anything, (other than maybe tell time), it needs to have it's companion app constantly running on your phone. This really bugs me as I wouldn't mind opening the app once in a while and having it sync to the watch, but I do NOT like constantly running apps on my phone other than perhaps A/V. PRO- The watch itself is well made, looks nice and comes (very handily) with a tool to remove links. Very cool! It does monitor BP, pulse, oxigination, etc. but again, you must have the app running on your phone. There's precious little in the way of instructions, for instance the sleep monitor function. I couldn't tell if I had to engage it before sleep or not, the first night I went to the function in the watch, tapped it a couple of times but it didn't acknowledge if it was running or not, but it turned out it was! 2nd night, on purpose did not engage function to see if it was automatic. Next day appeared not to show anything. 3rd day engaged it again, and it showed only 1st and 2nd nights, BUT when I rebooted my phone, all 3 were there! So apparently it IS automatic, but doesn't tell you that. <insert eye-roll here> NEUTRAL- There's also an in-app item called "Quick View". No information on it, but it's there! (?) CON- It will as others have noted, auto take over your phones media output so when you open a video on your phone, it will play through the watch. NOT what I wanted so I disabled that. We'll see how that goes... PRO- It DOES have multiple watch faces you can download. Very cool! CON- (Because it's annoying) The display only stays on for aproximately 7 seconds. Maybe I WANT it to be on all the time and am willing to trade battery life for that... The display time should be customizable. (Maybe they can fix in a firmware upgrade?...) CON- However, ALL the numeric watchfaces have 0 before before the times! So for instance at 7:00 PM, it will show "0700" which as anyone knows, means it's saying it's 7:00 in the morning! Why couldn't they just get rid of the "0" on all of them?!? (And yes, my watch and phone are set to a 12 hour time format, it's just the way the faces were made.) CON- Only holds 8 favorited contacts in the phone. And the app has a bug where you have to add and save them one at a time. (Frustrating, but not a deal-breaker.) CONCLUSION- All in all for the price, it's worth it, just not much more than that. Honestly I waffled for the first couple of days as to whether I'd keep it, but unless it does something really stupid I think I will. Would have LOVED to be able to give it more stars, but it has a lot of unrealized potential that maybe they'll improve down the road. ... show more

So the watch itself was very sleek and stylish no one would know its a $40 watch now with that being said I went through 2 watches in a month the watch comes with a card that you can contact the makers of the watch and they send you another one and let you keep the broken watch first watch just completely stopped working wouldn't charge black screen nada reached out to the number on the card and the sent me another one week into watch number 2 the watch turns on but blank screen really bummed out cause the watch is nice the layout and everything it does super awesome now the reason for the 5 stars is because the customer service is super awesome both times helped me no problem keep up the good customer service and if in the future they upgrade the watch I will definitely buy again bummed out these just didn't work out but really great customer service and the intern working for said company 5 stars all the way around they did an amazing job helping! ... show more
