The bag is really nice and does a good job of keeping the ice from melting and there's plenty of room for drinks. I wish the bottom and sides were stiffer though so the bag would hold it's shape better and not fold in so easily.

I am not tough on my bags as I want them to last as long as possible. The first overview of this cooler bag impressed me because this zipper is made to last and it's very noticeable at sight alone. It is a heavy-duty zipper that easily glides without bumps or snags. The inner lining looks to be durable as well. I felt such a huge difference between this lunch bag and my old bag. I'm on a feeding tube TPN, I went on a trip, got 6 TPN bags in this cooler along with some of my medical supplies and it was great. I flew through TSA and was quite surprised, one guy that opened the cooler said to me "ohhhh you taking drugs"he said it loudly where I was offended by it because a lot of people stopped what the were doing and started starting at me sitting in a wheelchair going through TSA and I have this dude halfway screaming "oh you taking drugs What kind of drugs are these". Told him to look on the label on each of the bags in the cooler, which he did and off I went.
