These are quality chairs; receive a lot of compliments on them. Use 60 of them in a meeting room. Manufacturer Warranty is 10 years. Most of ours are 15 years old. Well exceeds expectations! Occasionally, will notice that, over 15 years, a few seats will crack. (Still sturdy, but will pinch your behind.) Replaced 24 chairs this year in 2 orders of 12 (4 chairs/box). Amazon processes each box of 4 chairs as new order. 1st order of 3 boxes: Received all 3 boxes (12 chairs) the same day. Perfect condition. 2nd order of 3 boxes: Received 1st box in perfect condition. Few days later, looked up last 2 box orders on UPS - saw they marked 1 box damaged and would not deliver. Got on Amazon and reordered replacement free - received soon after. Never received 3rd box - out of stock. Called Amazon and they gave me full credit on my account for missing 3rd box. Waited a few weeks for inventories to be replenished. Reordered 3rd box this morning - net zero cost with prior credit. Amazon has a great system to handle contingencies. I bought these exact same chairs six years ago, and they are ideal for those times when I need extra seats at holiday times. I've been very pleased with these. They are sturdy, comfortable (for folding chairs), and a good height for a standard dining table. I bought loose seat pads from Kohls--and that little bit of lift puts these chairs at the exact same seat-height as my other dining room chairs. The chairs came much faster than the original date promised. The vendor sent a heads up note to make sure the chairs could be delivered without a problem. There were no boxes or wrapping. They were leaned against our garage door, which was fine with us. The vendor's pre-delivery note will let you tell the driver where to put them. These chairs are super comfortable for foldable chairs, sturdy as hell and definitely the most stackable chairs I’ve ever had. I bought four of these chairs for my domino table to use outside on my back patio. I have a bit of an incline in the patio for water run off, but with these chairs you don’t ever feel it. I was confident when I was buying Lifetime product but even happier that I invested in these. They really feel like they will last a lifetime.
