My wife helps people organize their "stuff". In doing so we have tried several different manufactures containers. From the name brand ones like Sterelite, to Costco, Sam's, Walmart and the building supply stores. The biggest problem we run into is the latch assemblies on all of them, either don't latch and hold, or you practically destroy your fingertips trying to unlatch them. These are a MUCH better design!!! They work great! Latch securely and open easily. We did get a big box of the 70 qt size that looked like Amazon dropped on a corner. The box didn't look that bad, but upon opening it, three of the lids were cracked on that corner. Customer service was FANTASTIC!! I have had issues with other Amazon vendors that either ignored problems or didn't seem to understand what was going on. These folks are great! Very timely communication and fixed the problem! Could they be packaged with more bubble wrap or something? Sure... but I don't want to pay for it and that's what it comes down to. Will continue to order more of these containers for sure!

First order of these came out perfect, but the second order had a single broken crate. Seller response was immediate with a partial refund for the damaged one. Can't beat such great customer service! Would definitely order these again. The size and clear content visibility is perfect for household storage, the locking clips work very well, and the handle is a nice feature that aids in moving them around. As described and fast delivery, but 2 of the covers were damaged. The box looked intact so I don’t know if it happened during transit. Hopefully, seller send a replacement to get 5 stars instead of 1 star.

I bought 8 totes. The totes are excellent quality , but think weak in corners. My first shipment was all broke in corners, but their customer service quickly sent replacements. My only complaint is they did not communicate they doing this, minor point. That said I definitely buy these again.

I built a new shed and installed 6 foot high shelves with 21" between each shelf (with an additional 3" for the shelf itself making the bottom of each shelf 2 feet apart). With these storage bins, I can stack two on each shelf with some room to spare for easy slide in/out. I didn't want just one storage bin on the shelf as that wastes vertical storage capacity. These storage bins are strong and I love the locking mechanism. It is not cheap plastic that comes apart - once it is locked it stays that way. I was doubtful about the handle, but it works great and is sturdy. Make carrying these much easier and I use the handle all of the time now. Highly recommended. I bought 18 of these and have been super happy with the result. Would definitely buy again.
