Straight out of the box I was super impressed. They look and feel as if they should be expensive; honestly, you couldn't find this quality for a better price. I am normally a women's 11 and purchased an 11. They fit great. No over hang in the back and the toe-box is roomy. These are quality shows that look great. On-trend, but the design is a flaw, IMO. The slit on the sides makes the shoe, which is heavy to begin with, “flip flop” as you walk. Very awkward. I immediately returned them. They don’t “stay” on your foot. It’s a little difficult to explain, but for a mule style shoe, a single piece of leather without the sides being cut in are a far better design. I purchased the black to wear with my jeans and I love them. I have wore them around my house and they seem comfortable. Wish they came in a solid brown. The fit is great and my feet are very picky. Usually when I purchase shoes like this they can make my feet look big but not these. My only complaint is I wish they were leather but then they would probably cost more. I saw these same shoes in Kohls for double the price. ... show more
