Like most products these days, the quality of this rubber doesn't stem far from below average. It will serve the purpose but it doesn't even seem like rubber in my opinion. I would compare it to the material used on an inner tube on a bicycle. The durability is not what I was expecting. Definitely would not recommend if your using it on a roof. ... show more

Received the rubber roofing sooner than expected and it's quality material. Insurance is making us build a deck with rails around an upstairs door that leads out to the roof of our 4 season room. We realized we needed to add a second layer of rubber roofing. We chose this item as it would more than cover the roof in one piece. I can say it's good quality rubber and it installed easily. The box arrived opened but it could have just been the heat as it'd consistently been in the 90's when we got it and it is heavy like 120 lbs. The rubber itself was in perfect condition and the edges were clean. I was worried that the edges would be wavy as this likely was cut from a large roll but it was cut well. we didn't measure it to verify it exactly measured 15' x 20' but I always order stuff like this bigger than I need so I can trim to fit. ... show more

It is exactly what we wanted. It is very heavy so we had to rent an aerial lift to get it up on the roof. After its almost sliding off the roof, we got it laid out and cut to fit. We got it attached to the inside edge and then came the rain and wind. We put concrete blocks along the edges to keep the wind from blowing the edges up and the new wood getting soaked. Finally got the adhesive down and everything looks good. Just a few finishing touches left and then we will see how well it holds up. It will definitely be better than the poor quality rolled roofing on the market that doesn't last more than 3 years. Hopefully this will still be holding up well in 20 years. ... show more

    • Follow the directions... Let relax and then glue down

Would of been nice is material had been rolled not all folded up. Lay the material out, cut to rough shape, sweep all the packing dust off, let relax where is going to be put down. Follow the directions and watch YouTube videos for folding corners, etc. Better than any Ice and Water stuff. Make sure and use only one manufacture product or product will not be covered under warranty. ... show more
