I have been buying this style phone case for my iPhones for probably the last 10 years, no more. My last two cases had some kind of buildup over the camera lens within 2 months of buying. Nothing that even alcohol could remove. All pics came out blurry, what a waste of $65. Never buying again

    • Check if waterproof before using!
Usually a trusted case company, we’ve been using their products for years. Unfortunately when I received my most recent case and conducted the waterproof test, the case filled with water because the screen protector wasn’t fully connected the rest of the phone case. The top right corner of the screen was detached from the case. I have ordered a replacement and will be returning this one. If you plan on using the case for its waterproof properties, make sure to test it before you ruin your phone! ... show more

The case is great at protecting the phone, but I am on my third case this year as the plastic covering the camera scratches easily and ruins picture quality.

    • They don’t last very long
This version of the life proof phone case hasn’t lasted very long ( have bought three of them) the little stopper that you pull in and out to plug-in to charge only lasted me three months on one six months on another and I’ve just bought a third replacement. In spite of the fact that they break so frequently, they are the only case I have found that will hold up to a fall into the water with no damage. I don’t believe they’re going to be making this any longer since the company was purchased by otter box and it’s a shame. The original version of this had a screw in cap which although many people lost it lasted much longer for me. I’m sorry they changed it. ... show more
