I bought the Lifepro weight stand for my Bowflex 512 adjustable weights based on the numerous Positive reviews I read, to include several videos I had watched. I hoped for the best! My order arrive on time and in good shape. So, I planned to spend this New Year’s Eve assembling the weight stand. When I opened the box I was amazed at the careful packaging and support containing the parts. Secondly, I noticed the quality of the components to include the solid welding on several parts, everything had been designed and manufactured with great care. At this point, I knew this was money well spent! So, I read the instructions, identified and lined out the individual parts, then began the very simple and straightforward assembly, taking my time as I went. No part of this operation had me asking questions. Even when it came time to identify the proper screws to use with my plastic weight racks. Before I knew it, I rolled the Lifepro weight stand over to its place in my work out room and set my weights in their racks then took a picture to show it off to my friends. This weight stand saved me a lot of money and space over the named brand version for my weights, It also added convenience because it can be rolled closer to my weight bench. Bottom line is, I’m very happy with this low cost high quality, user friendly product—Thank you Lifepro.

The product is exactly as described. It’s sturdy and can hold Bowflex Selecttech 552 adjustable dumbbells. Took about 20 minutes to assemble the product. The dumbbells fit exactly as described in the manual and there are additional screws for other adjustable dumbbell brands. One of the casters broke after a day when I tried moving the stand. I called customer service and they mailed a replacement caster free of charge. Awesome customer service and good product. Tip - don’t try moving the stand with the dumbbells mounted. The casters might break.

Sturdy stand that integrates well with their adjustable dumbbell sets. Easy to put together and sturdy with one exception. At a 225 lb capacity, the wheels have zero headroom and are made of cheap plastic. They should have at least a 500lb capacity but as soon as I tried to move them (with the Max Dumbbells (80lb each)) multiple castors immediately broke. I put a little body weight on each one that didn't and they snapped with around the total weight as max capacity. I could buy higher capacity castors but I shouldn't have to. They are a pretty poor engineering decision for a otherwise heavy duty unit. Looks like their customer service is top notch as they are sending replacements....lets just hope they arent the same as the originals.

The media could not be loaded. I love the sleek appearance even though it is heavy duty. The cellphone stand is an added feature that is nice. Even though the height is not adjustable, it’s a perfect height for me. Assembly was OK the parts lined up and the hardware was high quality and nothing was missing. Assembly tools were included but the L shaped phillips/hex screw driver was straight and needed pliers to get enough torque to turn tight enough. The instructions were clear and easy to understand but the “7 minute assembly” is a joke. Allow for an hour. I’m 74 and have arthritis so I may be slower than most but it took me 65 minutes to assemble the stand and another 17 minutes to put my adjustable dumbbells on.

Found out the hard way that these are not compatible with the Core Home Fitness adjustable dumbbell set after finally building the stand. I guess I took the “& more” from the description’s dumbbell compatibility a bit too liberally. Regardless, there are pros and cons with this stand. Pro is definitely the quality of the metal frame and all the pieces that came with it, like the one of a kind Allen wrench that comes with a Philips head at the bottom. The wheels are smooth on hardwood floors too. The cons are many though. The wheels were not level, and every connection was wobbly from base to arms. And 7 minute assembly? With all the wobbliness of the build I spent an hour just tightening and tightening to no avail. I hope my stand was just faulty and nobody else had the same issues I did.

The stand looks great. Put it together easily enough. Then I find out that the Lifepro model of dumbbells I ordered wasn't supported by this stand. My bad, apparently, for not reading close enough (thought it said "and other models") so I went back to Amazon to buy dumbbells that would work. I figured it would be easier to send the dumbbells back, so I didn't have to take the stand apart. Alas, Amazon DOESN'T SELL ANY LIFEPRO MODELS THAT ARE SUPPORTED BY THIS STAND.
