There easy to adjust and the 2-3 lb increases are perfect for smaller lifters. Suprisingly sturdy considering the price. The locking mechanism is plastic so im not sure how long they will last.

Most 50-55 lb adjustable dumbbells are only adjustable in increments of 10 lbs. Not only does this adjust in increments of ~4 lbs, but it also costs less than many other dumbbells. Very happy with the purchase and will definitely consider looking for Lifepro products for any future equipment. However, their website and warranty registration are both pretty bad. Went through a bunch of trouble to fill out registration information just to be met with an error page. I've got a good product, but with no warranty and no massage ball as promised. ... show more

Love the product, adjustability and style. Sadly I got this for two-weight reps on a bench. I’m 5’8 and they ends touch before I get a full movement. It’s very minor, but in the long term I feel this would impact muscle growth. Will most likely be returning. Still seems ideal for single dumbbell use, as well as people larger than myself. Since it seems like a good product, didn’t want to leave too low a star review, but couldn’t give 5 since it didn’t work for my needs due to how large they are. ... show more
