I love this baby with its soft fabric body versus full plastic babies. It's a realistic size and weight, and it comes in a nice gift box that doesn't reveal the contents. The plastic parts of the body are smooth, soft and flexible. Though the limbs are sewn into the fabric body, they do swivel at the joints. The clothing and accessories are nice and will be easy to use for my granddaughters. The pacifier is magnetic and stays in place well. I got one initially for my grandaughters to share and loved it so much I bought a second so they can each have their own, and they LOVE these babies. Highly recommend. I have a strange affection for this doll. Something about it bugs me, something about it makes me love it! I don't know if it's the ill-fitting clothing or the perpetual frown but this doll doesn't make me say "oooh, how cute," when I look at it. It more or less makes me want to cuddle it to get that frown from it's face. The fine details are excellent, right down to the creases in the eyelids, finger and toe nails. The body is not really poseable as it's too soft and stuffed and it has a very big behind making it a bit lopsided which oddly enough, adds to it's charm. The accessories are typical of most dolls today but they're not a high end type and I think the unusual pout of the lips is due to the magnet in them to keep the pacifier in place. I have quite a few newborn dolls, some I think are gorgeous, some scare me, and yet this one is so odd so I think I like it best. Weird? She comes with a soft little headband and magnetic pacifier, clothes and her little birth certificate and bottle. Her little wrists and ankles don't bend, neither do the knees/elbows. This doll is cute but not as realistic as I had been hoping. The body is soft, which is nice but it doesn’t feel weighted at all so more like a small child’s doll than a reborn. Wow! This baby is so incredibly lifelike! We have a newborn at home and watching my daughter hold this doll, it is a very believable and lifelike doll! So detailed, they even have the little white line for the baby fingernails, because all real newborns have those long nails. It is so adorable with the pacifier in the mouth. The little mouth and facial expression is so cute. The pacifier fits on perfectly, as it is magnetic. And all the clothes are an extremely nice quality and great fit on the baby.
