As an early holiday gift for myself, I got these 2nd gen wireless ear buds. From the app, the Ear Tip Fit Test is helpful to give me a visual confirmation of the best fit. See picture 1. The capability to switch among 3 paired devices is handy. I set it up on the left tap. The right taps I reserve for volume controls as always. See pictures 2 and 3. Great immersive sound with smart noise cancel as always. If I have to pick on something, I wish the device pairing and switching is more intuitive and automatic. My Air Pod Pros are great technology wise, but always fell out of my ears no matter what tips I used, and I didn’t love the pinch controls as opposed to tap controls. These offer tap and a much better design in my opinion, that combined with how light weight these are, provide a great fit in my ear that never falls out. Noise canceling on these is as good as Air Pod Pros I would say, but the Pros may have these beat just by a bit for audio quality. These are very comfortable and sound good. I don’t like the UI of the mobile Android app but it does work. I like the IP54 rating as well. I hope to see the ANC improve with a firmware update at some point. I wish the app had a “check for firmware update” button. As of now, it just shows the version installed. ... show more

I purchased the first Gen Air+ back at the beginning of the pandemic because I needed wireless IEMs to work with my mask. I had avoided Bluetooth up to this point as nothing could provide good sound quality for listening to music. I heard Bluetooth 4.2 and now 5.0 along with AptX and decided that it was good enough now that I could sacrifice some small sound quality for no wires. None of the true wireless products fit my ears right until I tried the Libratone Track Air+ first Gen. They slipped in and felt like they were almost molded to my ears, it was amazing. The sound quality was good to, I just set it to the flat response preset and left it alone. The app was not really very customizable just Treble, Flat, and Base. The first Gen had a noticeable hiss with ANC on and it didn't have an easy toggle to turn it off. I would set the slider between pass-through and max ANC to try and mitigate the his on quite tracks. Also on longer listening sessions, one of the Earbuds would disconnect while the other took over the Bluetooth connection, this was to balance battery usage but it was a jarring interruption. It was also a pain to pair them to multiple devices as it would loose pairing with previous devices so switching between devices was not an option. All three of those issues were addressed with Gen 2. ANC is much better with almost no his, just a slight pressure but not uncomfortable and mic call quality is better too. There is a mode to switch between an auto ANC mode and a preset mode or switch to pass through mode. It will now smoothly handle battery leveling without interrupting the music and pairing does not require pairing both sides separately. Also it will stay paired up to three devices with the ability to switch between the devices with a double or triple tap depending on how you set it up. The colors were changed as well from black and silver to a very dark blue color on the Gen 2s and the case was updated to a slightly smaller more boxy size. That change in case was nice and it made it more pocket able and the buds are just slightly easier to get out but it looks like this has lead to a redesign of the silicone ear tips. You can see in the picture a comparison of the large eartips from both set and the new tips are much flatter. I find the new ear tips don't seal as well as the older designs leading to a loss of volume and bass. The old tips fit on and the case still closes so I will be fine but buyers who have not purchased the previous set will likely have to turn to after market ear tips. I contacted the company's support to see if they sell the older tips or could make any recommendations but was told that they could not offer any help or advice and if I had any issues to contact Amazon. So I'm not sure why they even have a support number if that's the answer we should expect. Also note are there is still no way to change volume other than your phone or a voice assistant. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and they were exactly what I was looking for. They are good sounding completely wireless Bluetooth 5.0 IEMs with fairly flat response and good enough clarity to enjoy some classical music while studying and powerful enough to enjoy some pop/rock when I want to loosen up. They are the most comfortable fully wireless IEMs I have ever tried and don't look dorky either, this design has been copied by many cheep nockoffs for a reason. They feel like quality too and the first Gen are still going strong over 1.7 years later. I was so happy to see that the design changed so little between generations and my only gripe comes from the eartips that was changed. Hopefully we can get a. List of compatible ear tips or the company can start selling the original ear tips from the first Gen to solve that minor gripe. ... show more

These earbuds are very nice. There are a lot of helpful features, and you can tell that the product is high quality. For example, if you want to quickly check the battery, you can press a button on the case and a light will blink to indicate how much battery is left. There are three modes. A noise cancellation mode, ambient sound, and adjustable. The noise cancellation is actually amazing. I was worried it might hurt my ears after wearing it for a while, but it does not. It comes with 3 different sized tips to choose from, so the earbuds fit nicely. I also really like how easy it is to connect these to a laptop or phone, and you can easily switch between your devices. Also, the design is so elegant. The case and earbuds are very stylish.
