I have twin 5 year olds. I purchased a set of these for use on road trips etc. They've only been used once, but my the first impression is great! Vibrant colors, very comfortable and light. The 3 sound levels are exactly as described and actually work. Also, there is the ability to adjust the volume via a toggle on the cord. From a parent's perspective this is great, because I can "pre-set" the volume limits and my kids will only be able to adjust on their tablets. Lastly, the ability to tandem listen (plug one set into the other so both kids can hear the same thing) is awesome!!     • Constant issues not worth the work

Thankfully we bought the warranty because we are contacting them again after already returning the first pair two weeks into school. The kids are diligent on putting them away everyday but first set stopped working all together and this new set, one headphone has an ear that went silent. Will update after I navigate the warranty dept for smoothness of that process. ***Update, new 2 pack arrived in 2 days, returned broken pair..took exactly 2 weeks for the new sets to stop working..first the mics went which was wonderful for online schooling and then the earphones stopped next...had to use the warranty we purchased to get our money returned because we were over the original 30 day coverage from the first purchase, but the warranty company was a cinch to work with and the Amazon gift card came right to my email for the purchase price. ... show more

I ordered these like 3 months ago. First. They worked great, fold up, connect to each other, have little carrying bags GREAT! Then one set doesn’t work, then it works again, then the other set doesn’t work, then they both work, then one only works in one ear, then they’re fine. So now, three months in one has been trashed because it stopped working completely, and one works ONLY in one ear. My kids are NOT hard on their stuff. They’re delicate girls that take very good care of their tech. There was. I wear and tear on them at all, they had those woven nylon cords, so I assumed they’d be fine.     • Quit working after less than a month.

Ordered this 2 pack for my twins at the end of November. Today their teacher sent home one pair because it had quit working. Keep in mind they sat at school being unused for almost 3 weeks over Christmas break. Pulled up the order on Amazon and the return window closed just on Jan 31. Started a chat and the only way I could get a replacement or a return is if I sent both headphones back. I get this was a 2 pack but I tried to explain that if I could only return one then the twins could share the working set at school as opposed to not having a set at all. Amazon refused and replied they would get someone else to help and upon connecting to a new person got dropped. Moral of the story.... You get what you pay for, Always have a back up set. ... show more

One pair arrived functioning just fine. It's been great so far. The other pair doesn't work at all. I needed one pair for online school for my 9 yo. I wanted a second for my preschooler. These seem like they're really good when they work. But I'm frustrated I paid so much for one functioning pair. However, with an ill husband and two kids to homeschool, I cannot get to a UPS location to drop these things off for return. So my return window will likely close before it's possible for me to risk infection being brought back to the house. Update: The seller reached out to me and sent a replacement pair. The replacement works very well. Quality control should be a little better but the customer service is excellent. I would do business with Simolio again. ... show more

Only a couple weeks of use for school and the headphones crackle with one pair, and the mic never worked on the other. The cord has also busted. One ear on one headset also does not work.. These stay on a desk for use so not toted anywhere. I would have expected them to actually last the school year *****update***** Was sent a replacement. We wanted to love these but they also stopped working after 2 months. Only 1 side works on both blue ones. The issue could be fixed if they did quality control and made the cover coming out of the headphone stronger , and the cover to the wire more durable. ... show more

UPDATE: 09/19/19- company reached out to me and sent me a new set. Very happy that I didn’t have to start my search again for new headphones. So far they’re working good. Initially I was very excited for this 2 pack of headphones. My kids need them for school so I thought having these was going to be convenient. However I was very disappointed, after about 2 weeks the right side of the headphones stopped working and shortly after the mic/volume control casing fell apart. I reached out to Amazon because I wanted to exchange the blue ones (my daughter still hasn’t used hers at school-fingers crossed those don’t break) and the retailer couldn’t be reached.     • Breaks Easier Than Expected

I bought these because I assumed the flexibility of the headband would make them less likely to break. This turned out to be incorrect. I got two and they both lasted less than 3 months. One had the hinge mechanism snap, likely from a kid sitting on it. The other is now barely producing sound in one side because of internal damage to the wire immediately next to the stress reliever. Unfortunately they also seem to be extremely difficult to repair, so I'm just going to have to buy something else. ... show more
