Glasses are weighted with a square bottom making them sturdy and not easy to tip over. Secure in hand. If you see any minimal cardboard dust , it’s due to these pictures are from the glasses being taken right from the box, have not been washed yet. Very satisfied. No complaints. Le’raze Collins everyday drinking glasses can’t compare to these! They were received with numerous scratches on the glassware, they looked like seconds, and that was the first box. I asked for a replacement they arrived w/ same issues as 1st box , in addition to broken glass. Had to return both, and since one of the boxes was a replacement and the other the original purchase. I needed to spend nearly $14 on a box to send them back together . However, Amazon refunded me for the cost of the box which was greatly appreciated. ... show more

just came in this morning. for the most, pleased.. we needed to replace our old glasses as we had them for a very long time and a lot of them broke over the years and could not find the same ones anywhere... i liked the blue ribbon design of these so decided to just replace the whole set with a new design. was excited when they came in. packaging was meh.. they were just placed in a shipping box...no foam liners or bubble wrap.. just thick cardboard separators and they were covered in cardboard dust. we wash new dishes anyway so no big deal. i noticed one of the small glasses has a 1 1/2 hairline crack on the base. its till useable but...its glass.. bound to happen when ordering glasswear online and lack of protective packaging so keep that in mind when ordering...but to be honest, we really only need about 4 of the small ones and it came with eight... we'll just keep the one with the crack in the back...not going through the hassle of returning because 1 out of 16 glasses had a imperfection.... overall, im happy. gave 4 starts due to packaging which probly contributed to the crack. if avail in the future and need to, i would get again ... show more

Even my husband, who is rarely impressed by anything, commented on how beautiful they are. I also have to give this company a well-deserved five stars for their outstanding customer service. The first box arrived with one broken glass, which I believe was due to shipping damage, not the company’s fault. Instead of replacing just the broken glass, they replaced the entire set without any hassle. That level of customer service is hard to find these days.
