I have purchased a lot of lian li fans, no issue connecting to the wireless remote. Recently, the wireless remote keeps disconnecting at start and has to be disable and enable again in the device manager.

These fans were a HUGE jump in quality from the horse fans. They are very bright, and the software is not as bad as people say. The cooling is good, could be better but they are very quiet so who can complain. I will say if you have a smaller back side for your case like my NZXT case it will NOT fit!

This is the worst reseller I have had the displeasure of dealing with on Amazon. I buy these fans and one of them comes defective. I ask for a replacement and they have the audacity to ask me to go through Lian Li for warranty issues. When I refused they caved and said they would send me a replacement of my order. They have the nerve to send me ONE fan instead of a replacement set as I asked and paid for. I put in the fan and it seemingly worked for about a day. I don't know if I'm dealing with more defective issues like a bad wire of another bad fan but I'll never know because of this absolutely abyssmal customer service. Never again. Stay away from this reseller.
