  • Powerful AIO with little noise, and great performance.
Style: 360mm White Pattern Name: Cooler
I have become a really big fan of Lian Li since I got their fans for a build last year. I gave their AIO a shot and was not disappointed. The install is simple, the cables coming off the header and easy to understand and hook up. The cooling is fantastic! Keeps my 7950x cool even at constant workloads. The Software L-Connect 3 picked up that it was installed and I was able to customize the LED’s on the unit with little to no trouble. The fans are very quiet when you play with the fan curve, and over all the pump seems to be well made and working great! The pice is absolutely the best you will find out there for 360 mm! Other coolers may have fancy screens but at times you could buy two of these for the cost of one of those.. It’s a great value for your money! I will put Lian Li at the top of my cpu cooling list from here on out! ... show more

  • BEST COOLER!
Style: Performance 360mm AIO Black Pattern Name: Cooler
I've been streaming the Galahad 2 Trinity for a couple of weeks and have been mighty impressed. Straight out of the box, it's apparent that this AIO cooler is a top-tier piece of gear. Installation was straightforward, and the mounting system felt solid, so there were no issues there. I've been using other coolers all along, but the performance here is  something. The cooling performance is excellent under load, such as when gaming or using heavy applications. Temperatures stayed low for the CPU, even during long gaming sessions. The pump is also very quiet—I can barely hear it, which is a massive improvement over some other coolers I've tried, which are louder than I'd like. ... show more

  • Good performance and aesthetics
Style: LCD 280mm White Pattern Name: Cooler
I think that this cpu cooler by lian li is very quiet. Most people say its expensive, It definitely isn’t as much as NZXT‘s product (which i was considering buying) and it honestly does a little bit more. The performance of this cooler is great and my temps haven’t really got high at all. And the software is pretty easy to use as well. It gives off a retro vibe from the screen which I really like as well ... show more

  • Fantastic cooler IF... you don't use an animated gif on the LCD
Style: LCD 360mm White Pattern Name: Cooler
Pros: -Easy to install -Beautiful LCD on the AIO pump -Preinstalled fans is nice -Very good performance IF you don't select the animated gifs via L-Connect 3 software Cons: -AIO pump is a little on the loud side -As the title states, if you pick any of the animated gifs on the L-Connect 3 software to show on the LCD, this adds anywhere from 7C-8C of increased heat -To get the best performance out of this AIO, picking a static image gives you an extra 7C-8C of cooler performance which defeats the purpose of having a nice LCD on the pump in the first place -Pricey - this is near Corsair's prices when there are competitors like Thermalright and Arctic releasing just as efficient AIOs of the same size Conclusion: One of the highlights of the GA II LCD is.......the LCD itself! But it's disappointing that if you pick any of the cool animated gifs in L-Connect 3 (or you have a personal animated gif), you sacrifice performance. I almost returned this AIO because I had one of the animated gifs on the LCD and couldn't understand how my air cooler was getting about the same temps (and at a way cheaper cost). That's when I did research and found out that it's a known issue that animated gifs will give you a performance hit in CPU cooling. I provided pics of my PC on idle. As you can see, with the static background, I'm getting 40C. But the second I opt for an animated gif, now I'm getting 50C (a 10C increase!). ... show more

  • Biggest waste of money in my current build
Style: LCD 360mm with SL Infinity fan Black Pattern Name: Cooler
I generally don't write reviews, but this thing has been such a thorn in my side. First of all, when you first turn your computer on you'll notice that the pump is extremely loud at default settings. Like hearing it down the hallway loud. I waited a week to see if the bubbles would settle and make it quiet like people say it is, tilted my PC to work them out, and no change. So I figured maybe I had a dud and returned it to swap them out. Same story. I asked their support about it, gave videos, showed the audio spectrum near the PC at different pump speeds, and was told this is normal. I had to lower the pump speed from the what is already mid-range 2300rpm default to specifically 1690rpm as both 1700rpm and 1680rpm have higher noise. Then there's the software. It's terrible. For months it didn't even work properly and you had to regularly reinstall it to reset and have it working again for another couple of weeks until it tried to do an update and crashed itself. And the service running in the background is constantly polling the hardware for information like power usage, temperatures, etc. Which makes sense for something like this, but it was causing issues for me in SteamVR and some games with stuttering until I killed the process. And it's a dice roll every time there's an update whether it will start using up 10% of your CPU constantly; increasing the temperatures and eating up resources. This is on a 14900k, mind you. But the LCD has its own issues: the one of the big things that made me want to pay $275 for this on launch. It works great for about 6 months, but then you'll notice once in a while the image flickers. Then it happens more and more frequently. You try to change images or background colors to see if it fixes it and notice the previous images are "sticking" like there is screen burn in or something, but it very slowly resolves itself over time if you're lucky. Then it really looks like there is screen burn in when you have nothing but a white background on that LCD and the whole thing looks like someone held a candle to it. This has happened to me with the original LCD that came with it AND the replacement they sent me 8 months ago. Which, by the way, they won't just replace the cooler. They'll send you a new LCD and have you rip apart your cooler to put the LCD on. So, if you're not prepared to do that, be ready to ask someone for help. Pros: - Cools a 14900k decently well considering how much heat that puts out. - Infinity fans look nice and are pretty quiet when not cranked up really high. - LCD looks nice when it works and there is a simple editor to put videos and gifs in it. Cons: - LCD has a life span of 6-8 months and has needed replacement twice. - Loud unless you lower the pump speed a lot and find the magic number to make it silent. - Troublesome RMA process that some people won't be comfortable with. - The supporting software is terrible and either causes issues or eats up too much system resources for what it does. Not worth it. I gave it 1 star since it did a decent job of cooling, especially for running at only 1690rpm and being attached to a 14900k. Maybe just get the non-LCD version if noise doesn't bother you and use third party software or motherboard controls, because I'm not sure they have a QA process or proper testing procedures. ... show more
