  • Lian Li FTW
been using Lain Li AIOs for a while. From the original SL to the most recent fans and AIOs, the products are great and the customer service is REALLY good! had a problem with a fan, boom sent me a new one free of charge. they had a recall on the v1 of the original AIO, boom, sent me a new one free of charge. this thing keeping a 14900k tamed is impressive, @ 80C R23 stress test max.. good item !!! ... show more

  • Extremely Disappointing Experience with Computer Components
Extremely Disappointing Experience with Computer Components Faulty Parts Led to Overheating and Additional Costs I am writing to express my profound disappointment with the computer components I purchased recently. What was supposed to be an exciting upgrade turned into a frustrating and costly ordeal. Upon receiving the parts, everything appeared to be in order, and I proceeded with the installation. However, it quickly became apparent that there were significant issues. The fan was not functioning correctly right out of the box, which I discovered only after installation. This led to overheating, causing my graphics card to sustain damage. The overheating issue was severe enough that it rendered the graphics card unusable, forcing me to purchase a replacement from Amazon, which was a significant financial burden, especially since I had already bought the original from Best Buy. To make matters worse, the processor also suffered damage due to the overheating caused by the faulty fan. This meant I had to replace both the graphics card, fan and the processor, incurring unexpected costs that I had not budgeted for. The lack of quality control in these components has been incredibly frustrating. I expected reliable products, especially when investing in critical hardware. Instead, I was met with faulty parts that not only caused significant inconvenience but also led to additional expenses for replacements. I strongly advise potential buyers to be cautious. My experience has been overwhelmingly negative, and I cannot recommend these parts due to their poor quality and the financial strain they caused. ... show more

  • Absolutely Amazing!!!
Not only great looks, easy to install, and a beautiful LCD screen, but the performance is amazing. My cpu never goes above 60C under load or while gaming and I leave the pump in lower fixed speed now. Lian Li knocked this out of the park. Just buy it already!!

  • What's not to like
Great cooler and the LCD screen is nice and very customizable. No issues on temps and setup was easy

  • Buggy software, questionable performance, time will tell.
I got this product on release day, hoping that it would perform as well as the previous reviews on Lian Li's Galahad series. Have this on an AMD Ryzen™ 7 5800X3D. When I installed it the software would constantly crash and I had to stop the Window's service to get the software to even run. Updated software has fixed this, and was finally able to get the pump's firmware updated (only way is to use their crappy software). The software is a bit of hit or miss. I have other Lian Li fans and they don't work well with the fans on the radiator. Also note that the AMD CPU runs hot and there isn't much heat transfer to the radiator (not much heat, if any coming out of the radiator), Know that this CPU has heat in one area so transfer can be weak, but would expect better cooling. Will likely pull the unit off and re-paste. A lot more work vs my 'generic' NZXT AIO which just worked. ... show more

  • Fantastic cooler IF... you don't use an animated gif on the LCD
Pros: -Easy to install -Beautiful LCD on the AIO pump -Preinstalled fans is nice -Very good performance IF you don't select the animated gifs via L-Connect 3 software Cons: -AIO pump is a little on the loud side -As the title states, if you pick any of the animated gifs on the L-Connect 3 software to show on the LCD, this adds anywhere from 7C-8C of increased heat -To get the best performance out of this AIO, picking a static image gives you an extra 7C-8C of cooler performance which defeats the purpose of having a nice LCD on the pump in the first place -Pricey - this is near Corsair's prices when there are competitors like Thermalright and Arctic releasing just as efficient AIOs of the same size Conclusion: One of the highlights of the GA II LCD is.......the LCD itself! But it's disappointing that if you pick any of the cool animated gifs in L-Connect 3 (or you have a personal animated gif), you sacrifice performance. I almost returned this AIO because I had one of the animated gifs on the LCD and couldn't understand how my air cooler was getting about the same temps (and at a way cheaper cost). That's when I did research and found out that it's a known issue that animated gifs will give you a performance hit in CPU cooling. I provided pics of my PC on idle. As you can see, with the static background, I'm getting 40C. But the second I opt for an animated gif, now I'm getting 50C (a 10C increase!). ... show more

  • Better than custom loops.
This thing works amazing for the 14900k... get the performance fans...not the infinity fans. Update after 8 months of use one performance fan has developed a bearing noise.

  • Do not buy it. Product should be recalled.
I ensured my other RGB softwares are off “on startup”. Then did a restart. Installed the LCD variant of L-connect 3 Updated it to v2.0.3 Restarted my PC again After windows booted I confirmed there were no background processes The software is garbage. I did some troubleshooting and reached out on the Lian li Reddit forum which is usually very helpful. There’s no consensus other than it’s glitchy software and honestly a cheap product with a lcd screen. Total cash grab IMO. I was upgrading from the Lian Li Galahad infinity mirror because that thing was giving me 52 degree idle temps and well into the 75-86 range in Cyberpunk. I figured I’d believe them when they said they improved the product with the 8th gen pump (all AIOs use the same companie's pump). Yeah temps are descent but the entire reason for buying a premium pump is for the screen and the software to work. It doesn’t do that. Period. Goodbye forever Lian Li. ... show more
