The trampoline is great! It's exactly what I was hoping for. My kids love it and the weight limit is well beyond what is needed. The tools that came with it aren't the best but the material is premium. So you may need your own tools to put every thing together securely but overall I couldn't have bought a better trampoline that is safe and fun. I recently purchased this trampoline for my grandson and it got damaged in a storm a few weeks ago. I reached out to customer service to see if I could purchase replacement part. Unfortunately, it was easier to get a whole new trampoline. That said, the quality of service we got was great. They were super helpful and were willing to work with me to get another trampoline. I would highly recommend purchasing through them again. As for the quality and size of the trampoline, it was perfect. Great trampoline for adults and kids!! Holds all of us so we can play together! Very durable and sturdy! The springs stretched some but that’s to be expected. Great customer service. Doesn’t hold up to 1500lbs. My husband, me, and my daughter played on it and now I’m having to get replacement springs and we are definitely not over 1500lbs ... show more

So, this trampoline is awesome! However… the instructions are HORRIBLE! The instructions are incomplete, and not detailed. You complete one section only to find out that you had to do specific steps for the next section so then you had to redo your previous steps! I’m updating my current review to apologize for incorrect information. We received our sprinklers and lights today for the trampoline. Amazon had sent us an email that we missed stating they were coming separately. Again, we love the trampoline so far… but other than that we have to give it one star for all the trouble! ... show more

We got this for our kids for Easter with the fun lights and water features for summer time fun. It was easy to assemble with the instructions and video on here. After one storm we left the lights plugged in and the light string quit working. I contacted the manufacturer and the response was within hours sending me a new light string to replace it!
