After one storm we left the lights plugged in and the light string quit working. I contacted the manufacturer and the response was within hours sending me a new light string to replace it! It came in 2 boxes, everything was packed very neatly. The packaging matched the video which shows how to put the trampoline together. If one follows the video from start to finish, it makes assembly much easier. Of course there is also a booklet that one can reference. So, this trampoline is awesome! However… the instructions are HORRIBLE! The instructions are incomplete, and not detailed. You complete one section only to find out that you had to do specific steps for the next section so then you had to redo your previous steps! I’m updating my current review to apologize for incorrect information. We received our sprinklers and lights today for the trampoline. Amazon had sent us an email that we missed stating they were coming separately. Again, we love the trampoline so far… but other than that we have to give it one star for all the trouble! ... show more
