We absolutely love this trampoline! We got the 14ft one and its the perfect size! Our kiddos have had a blast on it! Everything seems to be solid and safe for my kids! My husband and I also were able to get on it with our 3 kids and everything held together perfectly! The sprinkler/lights do come at a different date than the trampoline, we got those in the mail yesterday so we have yet to try that out but Im sure they will work great! We reached out to customer service for a small thing (just had a broken piece on the basketball hoop) and they got back to us super fast and are sending us a new hoop! I would 1000% recommend them if you’re looking for a safe, reliable and fun trampoline for your family!

Love the trampoline but the basketball hoop bar and connection broke after two week! I’m hoping the seller will contact me because there’s no way to contact them. It’s impossible to contact them considering their information is no where to be found. 🤷🏻♀️ Help LHX or Homata!! Update-7/16/25 Homata reached out to me and are sending new replacement parts to fix the broken hoop. Thanks !!! Update 8/1/25 Customer Service has been fabulous, They have sent all the replacement parts we needed, and extras as well. The basketball hoop pole has been replaced, however we decided to leave the hoop off as it’s not really sturdy for a bunch of rough pre teen boys.

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely amazing! The price was well worth it! It was very easy to put together. Our family of 9 can all bounce at the same time with the 1500lb limit. The zipper is great and it even has buckles to buckle it shut which is great for our 2 year old's safety! My kids love the sprinkler and lights that go with it as well!

Had a couple of hiccups, but got this together well and kids love it. Wrong size net was originally shipped, but was quickly made right by manufacturer. Kids love the sprinkler and LED lights that come with this trampoline. Be prepared it does come in several different packages. Gave four stars due to the set up with little direction, because it’s a job! But it’s well built and overall great!

I bought the 15 ft w/ rope lights, basketball goal, and sprinkler. The rope lights were delivered first followed by 2 separate packages (trampoline, net assembly). The assembly time for me was around 3 hrs. The instructions were easy to follow and all hardware was delivered. I was most impressed with the quality of everything from the springs,padding,net,rope lights, even the basketball hoop and backboard are good quality material, but most importantly is the structural integrity of the frame and tensile strength 💪 of the mat. I got the 14ft trampoline and it's a very durable product. My family loves it! Adults and kids are able to use it. Assembly was interesting but nonetheless got it together fairly quickly. The inner safety net is a plus. I did having missing parts but once I was able to get in touch, the parts were sent out asap! It is a fantastic addition to our home. Would recommend!
