The media could not be loaded. This dresser is beautiful and much better made than some I've gotten before from Ikea. However, it takes a loooooong time to assemble - plan accordingly. The directions are not bad, they just had to be read carefully (and there were two of us working on it). At the end, when we had checked and double checked, and we had zero pieces left, one of the drawers is non functional. When you pull the second drawer out, the third drawer comes out with it. For some reason, the design (which you can see in the instruction manual too) does not include support for the 3rd drawer. So it gets pulled out with the drawer above it and then just FALLS OUT. There is no way to keep it from falling over. The other drawers are supported and work just fine. I've included photos of all of this. I'm not sure what to do here - the dresser is not usable as is. I don't want to not be able to put clothes in one whole drawer of it. So while it looks nice, it's totally non functional.

The dresser really is beautiful. It’s very sturdy. Assembly is a little difficult and may require power tools if you are a beginner with putting things together and you wouldn’t have much help I wouldn’t recommend this piece. Although one of the slabs of wood that go to the top smaller drawers was chipped on the front so mine was a little damaged but it builds character lol. I’m planning on loading it up with cool canvas stickers anyways so it’s not like I can’t cover it up. I will say though it does have brown undertones which is normal since it’s made out of wood lol. But for someone who is looking for a cooler gray I wouldn’t recommend this is more of an ash beige color than cool gray. Overall I’d give this piece a 6.6/10

It's beautiful. After reading reviews I was nervous. There are some things in the manual that are not quite right. BUT, with some common sense and a whole lot of brain power, those issues were mostly just time delays as I worked it out in my head. It took forever to put together but it looks great and slides smoothly. Not a light duty crappy one you'd find in most of today's products. Be careful not to strip screw holes out and you'll be good to go!

It takes acouple hours to put together for a novice. Over all its not to hard. Use a drill with a Phillips bit and you be good. Lots and lots of screws!!!

I bought this for my husband. It originally did not come with hardware, but once I contacted the company they responded right away and got it sent. It took some time for my husband to put together. Follow the instructions step by step and don't get ahead of them. It put together fine and works great. The draws slide nicely and don't get stuck.

The instructions are terribly unclear and the parts for the drawer assembly are backwards if you ask me. Go ahead and do all the locking steps before you add the screws or you’ll bust the side of one like I did. It’s a very heavy dresser and the quality isn’t bad for the money I guess.
