The media could not be loaded. It took about 6 and a half hours because not all the screws came sent husband to get some from hardware store. It was easy to assemble did it on my own only had husband help to put the top on. The heater is a little weird it comes with additional parts to screw on however there is no where to put the screws in through on the actual heater. I have not connected the heater because I have two toddlers who can burn themselves and I live in Arizona and still have 100° weather in late October. Do wish that the heater was more child friendly like other fancy heaters. ... show more

I would give this product a 5 start review except I had a few issues with the pieces. I didn't recieve the sliding bar for the doors with the original package. It was quite easy requesting the part I needed from LGHM but upon receiving it, it was super bent and the drill holes didn't line up. It would have taken less than 2 hours to put together but between searching for the missing part and then trying to fix the new part, it took almost 4 hours to put together, and I'm usually pretty efficient at building furniture. This was definitely a "no pain no gain" project but all in all, I'm in love with the end product so it was worth it. ... show more
