    • Wonderful space saving washer combo
We were given a phone call about 30 minutes after placing the order, to verify that we understood that we were getting one machine that could do both wash and dry, as well as to set up expectations on how and when my machine would be delivered. This alone I would recommend this purchase. Delivery was smooth and went as planned, the delivery company called about 3 days before delivery, and the driver called the morning of as well as about 1/2 hour out. Once the driver was here and we got the machine off the truck he did help cut the packaging open as it was damaged, so we verified the machine itself wasn't damaged. Which it wasn't just. We live in a 5th wheel toy hauler, so space is very limited. This machine fits perfectly in the space we have for it in our garage. This machine is not vented, so when its drying, the "vented" goes down the drain to the gray tank, and the lint is collected around the door and seal, which makes it easy to clean. Things to know is that with a unvented combo unit, your clothes are supposed to be slightly damp, take them out and give them a shake, this does 2 things, instantly dries and gets the wrinkles out. It does take about 3 or 4 hours to do a load of laundry that is from start to finish. So yes it does take a bit longer, but you don't have to remember to swap machines. I usually do 2 loads of laundry a day, one in the morning before leaving and one at night as we're going to bed. I come home to clean, dry clothes and wake up to clean, dry clothes. the loads do need to be smaller, but I can still wash a queen sheet set in one load, or 4 pairs of jeans or 2 heavy bath towels with a few hand towels. This is a normal 110 unit, so no special wiring or anything, just plug it in and connect the water and drain. I was surprised that this machine could connect to the internet, I haven't done it yet, I don't see a need for it, but it's great that I have that option. The manual was written in very good English, that was easy to read and understand, I don't know about the translations. I would recommend this machine if you are limited on space, water and time.     • Consistently Broken with Poor Customer Service
This unit has broken continuously since I purchased it 2 years ago, so much so that I have been unable to use it for 6 plus months awaiting claims communications and repairs. I would not purchase this unit again and recommend you do not either.

    • Outstanding service on my 3555 ventless LG washer/dryer
I love this machine! Due to unavoidable delays in using my machine, (7 hospital stays, long rehab, delays in installation , and other delays! ), my 1 year warranty ran out. I had actually used the machine for 11-1/2 months when trouble started. Local appliance company was called to install in March 2023 and same company called when machine stopped working in July 2024. Problem was intermittent, too. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't . Frustrating! Local company diagnosed a problem with the display panel from a te error that showed on the display panel. He ordered the part and when he got the part a month later it was replaced. Two weeks after I was able to use my machine it stopped working again. Same company, same te error on display panel. Same company but different tech came back and diagnosed that the control panel needed replacing, another whopping expense. I was very disappointed and was trying to decide if it was worth fixing . I wrote a 1 star review of what I called my "lemon" purchase. The next morning, LG responded after reading my review. I made arrangements for LG to come fix this machine. The LG tech who came this week found the problem that had been causing me such trouble, and it was not the control panel . It was a " "damaged coupler of the hose underneath the door boot causing heater thermostat to short out. Replaced hose and heater." Problem fixed. Machine working just like new, and I don't see that they charged me for this repair. My 1 star review has been erased. Thank you to a responsible and caring company who cares about their customers, both LG and Amazon . ... show more

    • Sketchy tech under LG warranty. Beware, remove all 4 bolts in the back.
Barely used and technician under LG warranty broke my machine! Still under warranty so waiting for new technician to see what the last tech did.
