It comes in the actual LG packaging. I know because this is my third one. I broke the first one within a few days in the gym. Smashed by weights. The second one I lost. This latest one I had sent all the way to Colombia with no issues. My LG V60 is whole again.

I got my LG dual screen 4 years ago and don't ever want to give it up! I can video call and check email, play games, or text without ever leaving the video call. I me to my budget up on one screen while I make the payments on the other. Absolutely mist fabulous idea someone had!

I got this to go with a LG V60 I had bought on Amazon, the case did not work when I plugged the phone in, got a replacement case and still wasn't getting the case to work and it didn't start to work until I replaced the USB port on my LG V60. I did use a assortment of adapters and a cable to connect the case to my Linux machine where I was able to see signs of life and the volume buttons on the case adjusted the volume on my Linux Computer. The Inside Screen looks just as good as the device screen, the outside screen I wish was a little brighter (or adjustable) for outdoor viewing, as it is hard to read the outside screen in direct sunlight (can barely tell it even turns on) the hinge feels solid after a couple months of daily use, the case comes with the charger adapter which makes it easy for charging and data usage. When I first got a connection to the screen the phone told me there was a firmware update for it (I was able to verify the version change as well) Everytime I use this device in a phone store (carrier store or one of those break/fix kiosks) the people that see it ask me what kind of phone it is as well as how much and they are always amazed when I answer them. I would say if you need a new Dual Screen Case or if you want one and never had one, this is a good case to go with as I open and close my case at least 30 to 40 times a day, and have had this phone with the case for 3+months ... show more

The dual screen LG V60 is the dream phone for me. I almost always have seperate apps running on each screen like shooping list on one screen and my bank app on the other while shopping. Surprisingly, I have found that I can securely hold the dual screen phone open in my left hand without fear of it dropping. I have broken two of these cases. Both times one of my two dogs knocked it off my desk onto the hard floor "que sera, sera". ... show more

    • Technically defective after about two months
When I first bought my phone, I loved the dual screen feature, and it worked perfectly for about four years. However, when I purchased a replacement, the phone started overheating within two months whenever I reconnected the dual screen. Despite trying multiple times on different days, the issue persisted. The phone would heat up so quickly (in less than a minute) that it became almost untouchable, making it difficult to disconnect the dual screen. It even got so hot that it almost burned my skin while I was trying to disconnect it. Now I'm in the process of getting a replacement from the manufacturer or get my refund. ... show more
