The media could not be loaded. The model ,the material ,the camaras, is a excellent phone 3 years and no complaints at all. This phone was unable to maintain cell service properly. Definitely a device and not a service issue as the previous phone and newer phone have both had no service issues. Everything else about the phone worked fine. Personally, I thought the battery life was a bit weak, and the phone was too large (I wear men's size large hands in gloves). It was VERY slippery to hold without a case. I will be returning this item, but thank you Amazon for having a fair return policy for exactly this situation on your refurbished devices. ... show more

This phone is a couple models behind, but it was way ahead of its time. It is easily capable of competing with anything made now. It was renewed to like new but costs so much less than an actual new one...I have zero complaints about this phone.

The phone looks great with a new screen. However, my phone had a "Grade C" sticker on the back, which is the worst Grade possible according to most used phone appraisal services. Not a great sign. The phone charged fine wirelessly, USB charging worked, samsung dex worked as well. The issue I've found is with the S-Pen. Samsung Notes have a special S-pen sensor layer below the screen. Mine seems to have been damaged! My guess is that the sensor layer was burned during the removal of the old screen, it's easy to do. I love the S-pen, which is why I bought a refurbished Note over another phone. A busted S-pen layer is a deal breaker. Buyer beware! ... show more

Haven't found a flaw yet, battery life is at 80% although I've not bench tested it. Only a few updates and ready to roll, no glitches or hickups, 5g works good and lte will get you around 100mb on the downstream....

    • Wont charge but looks great at first
The phone looks great as far as I can tell and it shipped faster than I expected but the phone DOES NOT CHARGE! I can't even give a full review because I can't properly explore the phone before the battery dies. The phone arrived on 20% and with the Google and Samsung login process that took some battery life away. The phone came with some generic white charger not OEM which gives an error message when plugged in and my old Note 10 charger which works fine on any other device doesn't even register as plugged in. So this is the best review I can give for atm. I've only got 11% left. Gotta go now ... show more
