These have great sound quality, lasts for a week on one charge. But the keepers both fell off. Still worth keeping so electrical tape it is!

    • Weak magnets
I've had a few LG tone neckbands, the previous one lasted years. This one is OK but the build quality has gone down. The magnets are too weak to hold the ear buds firmly, so they dangle all the time and get tangled whether I'm wearing the neckband or carrying it or trying to store it. I also worry the cables will get damaged. The neckband itself feels flimsy and cheap too, I had to put a fabric cover over it to be comfortable and to better protect the cables. Overall it meets my needs, I've had it 2 years now but only use it sparingly for long calls or traveling. But I'm looking for a better one, probably one with retractable cables versus loose cables. ... show more

    • Sounds and works great
I love these headphones. They are perfect when I ride my motorcycle. With or without a helmet!! However, the right side no longer works. I plan on buying a new pair at Best Buy. That is so much better than buying online.

I absolutely love these headphones aside from the distance in which they will continue working with my phone. I had an older version that I was crazy about, but unfortunately lost. After, I tried about 5 different types and just didn't like the button setup on the others or the length of the cord. I bit the bullet on cost and bought these again and love them. The battery life is not nearly as great as others out there, but it lasts me the whole work day so that's fine. The reach drives me crazy though. If I'm about 10 feet away from my phone it'll start breaking up the connection. Sometimes it happens at even shorter distances! ... show more
