It fits good in my hands, but less than a month after receiving it, I try to take Mt Sim tray out in order to insert an SD card and the tray broke off inside the device so it will no longer read the Sim or SD when I put them in.

I recently upgraded from a G3 to this G6 and the difference is amazing. Wish I had made the switch sooner. It's faster, has more features, making the user interface friendlier, and it doesn't overheat as much. The battery last longer than it ever did on my G3. I like that the phone is slightly thinner and more narrow, even though it's a tiny bit longer, because it's more comfortable in the hand and fits better in a pocket. My mom has been using a G5, which hers overheats easily and the battery drains fast, and she wants to switch over to the G6 now too. After using the phone for a few days I upgraded the OS to Oreo and I'm happy with how everything is working. ... show more

This phone was cheap but I see why. I've never had so many reception problems in my life. Every call I'm on it either disconnects or the person on the other line can't hear me. Takes forever to send texts no matter where I'm at. Inside or outside. At my house or at work in the car. Doesn't matter. It has no service so I replaced it with a phone the same price brand new at Target a Motorola and works great. I had a Nokia before that and wanted an LG G6 because I had on before with no issues. I should've kept that one if I knew this wouldve happened to avoid the problems. ... show more

Dies quick and im not on my phone much throughout the day. Thicker than expected. When talking on the phone, the other person says my voice sounds echoey and distant.. Its an ok phone but wouldnt recommend if ur job requires calls...

The phone developed the dreaded "USB has moisture and cannot charge" message after less than a week of ownership. This was remedied with pure rubbing alcohol and a plastic toothpick in the charging port. I also let it sit in a sunny window to dry. Problem was, it never got wet. It was in my pocket on a rainy day to/from my car. For a phone that is ip6x rated, this seems very odd. Apparently LG phones are notorious for this (at least it seems that way with the reviews I read AFTER purchase). During that time, I also had the power button become intermittent. Since then, all is well. Phone is snappy. Wireless charging was a big part of my purchase. I've had wireless chargers for years after spending that time with a windows phone that had it. Battery life seems good, but hard to tell as the wireless charging keeps me up so easily while at work. I have not had a ton of experience with the camera yet, but those I have taken are what I would expect. I saved $250 purchasing here instead of at a Verizon store. Same phone, so why pay more? Popped my sim out of my old phone and I'm good to go. ... show more
