I have had it for a little over a month and no problems, Verizon just updated to Marsh-mellow, Has plenty of ram and I added a 64GB card Phone responds fast and charges fast, Battery life is very good, Have had it last 12 hours , My LG G2 was lucky to get 6 hours if I turned off GPS and Bluetooth, (not wireless) this phone G4 I leave all features running and the battery can lasts much longer. This phone seems to function as designed. It was in very good condition for being used. Like all smart cell phones the battery life is short so you have to charge it up at least once a day providing you use your phone a lot. If you use it a lot at a time the phone does get warm. great for winter months. The screen is bright enough for outside use. Sound quality is good and it takes good pictures as well. It is a little hard to shut the phone off from the back. I would recommend this phone to family and friends. ... show more

    • NOT a new phone, and cannot be updated.
This phone is not new! There is a burned-in image in the screen. Most noticeably, there are ghosts of notifications from apps I've never used, and there is already a burn in on the home buttons at the bottom of the screen. This phone was used for a lot of hours before it found its way into my hands. Edit to add: The longer I deal with this waste of money, the more apparent it becomes that it's not new, but a very poorly done refurb. The burn-in mentioned above is actually residual imaging from brighter areas of the screen, and it shows up even with the screen brightness turned all the way down. As time goes by, this ghosting just continues to get worse. Also the camera (LG's biggest selling point for the G4!) is clearly a cheap replacement. The original G4 camera can shoot 120 fps for slow-motion video. The camera in my "new" G4 will only shoot 30 fps, even at 720x480. (End edit) On top of that, it will not fast charge with the "original" charge that came with it. And I can't update the software on it because of an invalid IMEI number. Fortunately, I was able to activate it with Verizon. I'll just be stuck with Android 5.1 until I can. I bought this phone as a stop-gap, so I'll deal with it for a few months. But don't be fooled by the claims that this is a new device! ... show more

    • I absolutely loved this phone
I purchased this phone because I was looking to upgrade from my LG G3. At first, I absolutely loved this phone, as the camera is wonderful and it still kept the same look and style as the G3. ( I am also a huge fan of the buttons on the back.). However, ive been having a huge issue with the processing, as it will freeze a lot. Or not even register my touch. Sometimes it will lock itself in the middle of a task. Very frustrating. Plus, it seems to have an issue with the bluetooth, as it will cut in and out while connected. (tried bluetooth on multiple devices. Its the phone) I love LG G series a lot, but I had to buy another (new) phone (Moto G4), even with my upgrade in a couple of months, just because of how frustrating this one has been. I forsee bootloop in the future. This is not a review of the seller, as I knew with the reviews that this phone had some issues. Out of all the flagship phones released in 2015 the LG g4 is by far one of the best. I get expandable storage it has a customizable operating system and it also is one the first phones receiving the marshmallow update. The the camera is superior to Samsung and it's also when the best ips screen out there. If you're looking for a great deal on multimedia device and LG g4 this phone surpasses in so many levels the only cons that I have is the phone does not bring Qualcomm 2.0 charger and it does not have one of the most astetic OS. ... show more

I bought it used and like said in the description, the phone had visual wear and tear, especially on the back, but nothing too noticeable. It didn't have any scratches on the screen and that's all I really care about as the rest can be easily covered by a case. All and all, love the product and I'm so happy to have finally upgraded from my LG G2. Also, the product got to me way sooner than I had thought it would. I paid a little extra (I think about $6) to get it within a week. I ordered it on Friday and got it Monday so very happy with that. ... show more

The phone came in an extremely timely manner. Worked great. It still works great even though I liked it so much I went ahead and ordered the LG V10, which is basically the same thing on steroids. Anyway I was surprised at how great the condition of the phone was. Especially considering it was only listed as very good when it pretty much looked brand new. No faults or defects of any kind.
