  • Great Phone
Much better than my LG G2 bought this as used but looks new, no scratches , very clean. I have had it for a little over a month and no problems, Verizon just updated to Marsh-mellow, Has plenty of ram and I added a 64GB card Phone responds fast and charges fast, Battery life is very good, Have had it last 12 hours , My LG G2 was lucky to get 6 hours if I turned off GPS and Bluetooth, (not wireless) this phone G4 I leave all features running and the battery can lasts much longer. Seller delivered quickly and in great condition. No cons with this phone. ... show more

  • This Phone is Absolute TRASH!
I bought this phone back in august, first issue I had was them sending me a phone for the wrong carrier and had to go through the process of getting it replaced. After finally getting the right phone it had issues with charging on the charger I already had, I shrugged this off and started using the charger it was sent with....Eventually it wouldn't accept that charger anymore and screams about using the "one the phone came with" which has to be the stupidest thing to ever have, charging cords wear out easily and you'd hope your stupid phone lasts longer than a cord right? So I kept switching it's chargers, they'd work at first and then it would start to have issues and eventually just not even recognize when it's plugged in. So luckily I had bought an external battery charger and two extra batteries (the battery it came with is absolute trash, won't hold a charge at all) for just in case, didn't think I'd be using it as my sole charger for this stupid phone but here we are. That has worked fine for awhile but now it has hit the last straw....Last night I put a freshly charged battery in before bed, meaning it is at 100% charge, I made sure there were no apps running and made sure the wifi and 4g were off. Now you'd think at 100% with nothing running on it, not even the wifi, that it would be able to last through the night right? Nope! I woke up to this phone completely dead this morning. Good thing I didn't have to actually be up this morning for work or anything but I cannot believe that a fully charged phone with nothing running on it at all and not being used whatsoever would die over night!! Even on airplane mode it looses around 30% in about an hour, this is just absolutely ridiculous!! I've had phones loose at most 5% overnight with wifi and other stuff running on it. This phone is total garbage and by the looks of it I'll be in search of another phone already, which will probably work just fine on my original charging cords and I might as well have flushed $100 down the toilet. DON"T BUY THIS TRASH! ... show more

  • Great value as an off-contract replacement
I have owned this phone for about 1 month now. I purchased used (very good condition) from Amazon Warehouse Deals. As a somewhat savvy consumer who reads a lot about the newest cell phones and consumer electronics here are my thoughts. First, my personal criticisms: 1. Battery life has been incredibly disappointing. This has been the worst problem with the phone. It can be quite variable depending on the day I use it. I've had instances where the phone is dead from 100% charge after about only 4 hours of light web browsing. I am not sure if there is something wrong with this particular phone or perhaps the battery that came with this phone (it is used after all) does not hold a charge well. Fortunately it is removable, so I will make an effort to upgrade the battery at some point to see if this makes a difference. 2.The volume rocker and power buttons on the back are incredibly frustrating to use. I frequently run my finger across the camera lens instead of pressing the buttons around back. 3. The phone overall is a bit too large for my hand and is uncomfortably large to operate with one hand. Android doesn't seem to have made one handed operation particularly intuitive on large phones as of Version 6 (Marshmallow). Coming from a 2 year stint on windows phone, I do miss small touches like having the address bar at the bottom of the phone and having menu buttons (with captions explaining their meaning) sitting at the bottom as well. 4. Overall phone design is quite boring. Phone is very plastic-feeling and is noticeably present in my pants pocket. 5. No hardware nagivation buttons at the bottom of the phone. Otherwise, the phone works well as advertised. Its other tech specs are great for a year-old flagship phone. A few positives that stand out 1. Multi-tasking and apps run smoothly 2. High resolution screen is very crisp 3. Removable battery and micro-sd card slots are a welcome luxury in a flagship phone 4. The phone takes micro-sim instead of nano sim (my personal preference) 5. Bonus IR blaster is nice gimmicky addition for home appliance control As far as a used cell phone goes, this phone looked almost brand new. I bought from Amazon warehouse deals in "very good condition" and it looks and feels pristine. Overall, for a sub-$200 replacement phone off-contract, I don't think I could have beaten the value of specs to price. Would recommend to friends to buy this phone if in the market for a replacement to their old phone. ... show more

  • I absolutely loved this phone
I purchased this phone because I was looking to upgrade from my LG G3. At first, I absolutely loved this phone, as the camera is wonderful and it still kept the same look and style as the G3. ( I am also a huge fan of the buttons on the back.). However, ive been having a huge issue with the processing, as it will freeze a lot. Or not even register my touch. Sometimes it will lock itself in the middle of a task. Very frustrating. Plus, it seems to have an issue with the bluetooth, as it will cut in and out while connected. (tried bluetooth on multiple devices. Its the phone) I love LG G series a lot, but I had to buy another (new) phone (Moto G4), even with my upgrade in a couple of months, just because of how frustrating this one has been. I forsee bootloop in the future. This is not a review of the seller, as I knew with the reviews that this phone had some issues. Seller has been great and I recived phone in pretty good condition. ... show more
