This light is what I was hoping for. I had a light on the back of my helmet for several years that had a nice bright flash for daytime use but the battery gave out. I bought it from Amazon but do not see it listed for sale anymore. I bought this one and hoped for the same brightness. I couldn't mount in on my helmet but I did mount in on the seat post and it is very bright. Used on the brightest setting for a couple 2.5 hour rides and the battery did not die. I now have it on the next to the brightest setting and have ridden 2 more of those rides and going on the third one in a couple days to see if the battery is still charged. My only criticism is there are about 9 or 10 modes when no more than 5 would be sufficient. The good thing is when you turn it off and back on it stays on the same mode. I don't see the point of using a not so bright taillight with no flash. Maybe it is just me, but I want to be noticed on the road. ... show more

I think the EZYNE Strip Drive Pro Bicycle Taillight, a Very Bright 300 Lumens LED is an outstanding, well-made tail light loaded with features. (The only thing I wish is that the strap on the light on one end was permanently made on it. The only reason I'm addressing this issue is that each time you remove the light from your bike (BOTH ENDS HAVE TO COME OFF). If the strap is lost I didn't see or I couldn't find an replacement strap online. I would highly recommend that one end be permanently glued to the light or supply a buyer with an extra strap). Bright light, but would like it a little brighter. Battery life is good. I ride 5=to 7 days. 80 to 120 miles a week. Only charge the light once a week to 1 1/2 weeks. I found out cheap lights don't last no time

Far brighter, longer battery life and more flashing options. What's not to like? The mount is designed for a seat post, and I need to mount my taillight on one of the seat stays because I have a seat bag. It turns out that I can flip the light upside down and it mounts nicely on one of my seat stays. So problem solved. ... show more

I wanted a light that I could put on my wife's bike. This light is amazing!!! Seriously it has a bright flash mode that will literally give you a seizure if you stare at it long enough. A very bright flash and everyone will see it. I'm actually going to purchase another one for my backpack for when I am riding my OneWheel. Great accessory for safety and it is very light. Pay no attention to the lumen ratings when looking to buy a light, they are almost all completely exaggerated. We have several bikes with many different lights on them. This was the most expensive and I can see why they ask more money. It Is Worth It! It’s the brightest by far, has the honest build quality by far, and has the best mounting strap! I don’t even take the light off my bike when putting it on the bike rack for the truck and travel at 90mph down highway. It’s not going anywhere! The on off button is stiff and small and is my only complaint. But there is a setting(and only one of the settings), you have to cycle thru the button presses a few times, that has an intermittent super bright flash that is sooooo much brighter. If you are worried about being seen on the road, buy this light! No one can miss you if it’s on that setting. Definitely a product that delivers on the “you get what you pay for” mantra ... show more

After 1.5 year, the rubber to the mounting system have disintegrated…where can I get a replacement? This is far from being ok for a lamp that cost this much. Other than that it is very very bright
