This review is for the black variant of the AV media cabinet... First and foremost, the Levnary 5-tier media cabinet assembles in under 25 minutes. All of the predrilled holes were properly aligned, no issues piecing this cabinet together. I purchased the cabinet for housing an 18-port managed switch, a NAS, UPS, some mini-PCs, and other electronics that require wired network connectivity via Cat6 patch cabling. The shelving and predrilled holes in the rear panel made organization of wires convenient and easy. The castors lock and unlock relatively easily, which allows the cabinet to roll around and rotate for quick access. Plenty of room for many media/network devices. The predrilled holes in the rear panel provide plenty of space for power, network, and other cabling while hiding the wire mess. Some reviewers complained about sturdiness...they're either not locking the cam fasteners tightly enough, or may have been missing steps in the directions (and there aren't many, basically 10 steps and done). The reason that 4 of the holes on the hinges aren't pre-drilled is because the slotted/pre-drilled side inside the cabinet is designed to be adjustable - the inner hinge bracket holes are pre-drilled. Once the hinges and door are properly aligned, the remaining included screws will seat into the cabinet wood without pre-drilling holes if you're careful and use a power drill. Except for the cam lock fasteners, I used a power drill for everything else. The cam lock fasteners should be tightened down with a normal phillips-head screwdriver. A decent power drill will make assembly much quicker, but don't over-drill or over-tighten or you'll risk splitting wood or stripping screws. There is no need to use reinforcement brackets or anything of the sort if assembled properly. The finished cabinet looks great...it's large enough for stowing away electronics, stereo equipment, or anything you want housed inside a cabinet so that it's protected from damage and potential toddler sabotage. Two of the shelves are easily adjustable via shelving pegs. If I need additional storage, I won't hesitate to order another. 5 stars for sturdiness, ease of assembly, and function. ... show more

Its heavy and seems mostly solid until it shifts on its wheels. Then it wobbles. Very easy to assemble. Looks great. Can use the remote on my receiver with the door closed but not worry about glass and children. Wiring the equipment was kind of a nightmare. My Denon isnt fully connected yet. Only has 3 speaker channels, 3 HDMI cables, an optical cable and the power cable. Thats about all that's going to fit in the hole. 100% I will be cutting open the rear when its time to connect additional speakers and HDMI cables. Overpriced by probably $50. The door is soft close but flimsy and maybe the cheapest part. All the particle board is completely covered except the back side of the door slats. Ill likely be modifying this to vent heat out the back when I make more space for cabling. ... show more

Cabinet is nice, and was simple to assemble, pieces clearly marked, instructions clear. Two pieces were damaged during shipping, slight scratches on wood surface, but that is more of a Fed Ex issue than an issue with the cabinet. After assembly I did notice it is slightly wiggly when pushed from the side even with the shelves in place. If the back piece were glued in the slotted wood pieces it would fix that. All this said, it is a unique cabinet, very nice looking and will work for my stereo components very nicely. Once all together the piece is heavy, so appreciate the wheels with two clearly marked for locking if desired. Update: I used a bit of wood glue and glued the back panels in place. There is a groove they sit in so it was easy to spread the glue in there and set the panels in place. No more wiggles or jiggles, super solid now. Very happy with the cabinet. It looks nice put together (kind of) but the front panel door is FAR too flimsy. I've spent the last 2 hours trying to get the hinges adjusted so that it doesnt sag but its nearly impossible when the door itself can be shifted as its own piece corner to corner. There's a sag on the right side of the door that cannot be fixed. The door needs to be replaced with one made more rigid or perhaps made correctly (maybe I got a lemon). Either way I'm disappointed and annoyed to hell with this thing but I need it so I'm going to use it for now. Edit: This thing is a piece of s***. DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. Assembly went together fairly well. Tough without a narrative to go along with the schematics. Some guessing had to take place. Fortunately I was able to figure it out after some frustration. The worst part of the assembly is the hinge attaching to the base unit. No pilot holes and my opinion is the hinge is overkill. I had to make several guesses on how to affix the hinge to "not mangle the wood. I would not order this item again unless some additional modifications were done with the hinge. Put pilot holes for the hinge just like you did for other parts. ... show more
