Great headset. Works flawlessly, loud and clear, charges quickly and doesnt use a lot of power. Comfortable and easy to wear. The only gripe I have is the multi function button is very hard to find by feel when picking up and hanging up phone. It is very flat and doesnt stick up from the surface of the headset very far. I had to glue on a small crafting jem, just so I can find it by feel. The small design suggestion would be to just mould it with a small raised surface on the buttons to find them easier. This is the reason for four stars. Other than that great experience!

Super easy to pair, the range is fantastic, controls are great, the audio is great and microphone is great everyone I have spoken with says, also something not mentioned it has great great noise cancellation, during phone calls people cannot even tell or hear any of the background noise at all, just my voice crystal clear. I have even tested it letting my wife wear it and have her talk and all. I am a tow truck operator, and I have many pairs of AirPods, expensive head sets like beats, and find myself going for this one every time. I thought the AirPods would of been best but they became annoying, painful to the ear after awhile These are great, and affordable

This is the first of this type of headset that I've tried out. I really wanted a good one for talking on the phone while driving. I had previously tried out other Bluetooth headphones/earbuds, but I've always had different issues with those. Either the person I was talking to couldn't hear me well enough, or the volume didn't go up enough. I would always end up just taking one of them off to talk into the microphone. Not helpful. Now, enter into the picture this headset. It's much more superior to any of the other options I have used previously. People I'm taking to have had no issues with hearing what I am saying. The clarity of the call is great. Good volume, so I can hear the conversation great. I like how it only covers one ear, so I am able to hear what is going on in the environment as I drive. I can use it on either ear. It has great battery life. I have used it a number of times and it is still at about 75 percent battery life. I anticipate that I will only need to recharge it once every other month or less, depending on my usage. It's comfortable and adjustable. I haven't run into any issues yet. Highly recommended!

Love the comfort of wearing all day, the sound and everything are great.... once it connects. I purchased this as i work at home and the business provided cheaper headsets that do not stay charged long. This one holds a charge very well but takes forever to connect when ansering calls and this is not a good feature. Many callers disconnect thinking no one can hear them and i cannot hear them. it takes on average 20 to 30 seconds for the call to connect and for me to answer... IF they stay connected that long and strangely it doesn't do this with every call.
