Great headset. Works flawlessly, loud and clear, charges quickly and doesnt use a lot of power. Comfortable and easy to wear. The only gripe I have is the multi function button is very hard to find by feel when picking up and hanging up phone. It is very flat and doesnt stick up from the surface of the headset very far. I had to glue on a small crafting jem, just so I can find it by feel. The small design suggestion would be to just mould it with a small raised surface on the buttons to find them easier. I have a bit of a hearing loss and although I wear hearing aids, I do still have trouble understanding conversations when I'm using speaker phone and hate holding the phone to my ear on a long call.     • CAN NOT GO FAR AT ALL & audio sounds muffled
I am not going to delete my original review like the seller asked me to, but I will update it.... ORIGINAL: I love the way they feel, love the way it it's, BUT, I literally can not leave my desk, so what's the point in having it & the volume all the way up is not loud at all! UPDATE: So the seller did try to make it write & they sent me another head set. Again, good headset, good volume quality, but I don't know, maybe it's just my expectations, but I can stand up & take maybe one step, but that's it. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not asking to go around the whole office & expect to have good quality, BUT my little ear buds i sure can, I can walk to a completely different room & I can still hear my patients & they can still hear me..... so.... to not be able to turn around at my desk & utilize my filing cabinet, yeah, they're still not gonna get a 5 star review from me, even if they did replace it.     • Disappointed the mute button doesn't work.
I think it is very nice headset. However my mute button doesn't work and since I'm using it for work it's kind of a hinder for me cause I use the mute button a lot in between calls. So I've been using this headphone for about 2 weeks I keep realizing that almost every person i talk to they keep saying I sound far away, fuzzy, under water... when I listen to the recordings they are indeed not very clear and crisp I sound very muffled. This headset has been great. I connected it to my laptop very easily. I don't have to be "tied" to my desk all day. It definitely beats having a cord that constantly gets tangled!
