Excellent value compared to the name-brand bone conducting headsets. Good sound quality and well-built. My wife uses them almost daily whether it's in the gym to keep her motivated with some tunes, or to talk to our kids for an hour. They're durable and easy to use.

Absolutely love this headset, but I’m giving it four stars because after two months, my mute button stopped working. I am on the phone all day for work so this is a very important button to have and it just stopped working.

This headset is actually much better than the price tag suggests! I've been using it daily since I got it with no issues. It charges fast and has good battery life, has good sound, the people on the other end of the call have told me the clarity from me is good and the background noise is nonexistent. I love that the ear pieces rest on the outside of the ear versus having to be stuffed into the ear as it can be worn for hours without noticing it's there. Definitely a great buy!

The microphone on this headset is terrible. I included a sample of the audio quality in the attached video. I purchased this for video and audio calls for work, but the microphone on this is so bad that I can’t use it. I received lots of complaints and people had to turn their speakers up to 100% to hear me clearly. Also, this headset is tough to connect to devices. I had to go in and out of the pairing pieces numerous times in order for it to work. Once it did connect, the speakers were actually pretty good. Also, it is very lightweight and comfortable. Unfortunately, I will be retuning it because the mic is just horrendous. Overall, very poor value for your money.

LEVN Bluetooth Headset – Good Value for an affordable Price point. Out of the Box: Nice minimalist packaging, less trash. Charging the headphones: The charging cable is non-standard. Attaches to the headphones with magnetic mechanism. Right out of the box, the watch was 60% charged, when connected to a standard 1.0A USB charger (not provided with the headphones) it got up to 100% in less than 28 minutes. That is very par with competitive headphones with similar features. Later, after three days of regular use, about 3-5 hours each day with about half the time on speaking in meetings, the watch was down to 18%. Charged up to 99% in about 35 minutes. General Features: Nice looks, light weight, easy wear on the ears, especially with the back-of-neck band. Very different from the earbuds or over the ear speakers. Kinda retro with the sticking out microphone, but very functional and comfortable. . Sound Quality : Speech and Lectures - Probably ideally suited for long weartimes during meetings and Zoom. Sound quality is good even at low volumes. . K-Pop and rap. Some loss of fidelity because of the open ear design, with increased volume was still good – without people around not being disturbed or bothered. Classical music was a bit wanting, some of the low volumes and subtle instrument sounds at low frequencies lost. Even with a bit of high volume setting, not the ideal headphones, compared to over the ear headphones. Noise cancelling was evident and helped in all three. Wishlist: The charging cable and contacts are less than intuitive – it is polarized (see video). Perhaps an improved design or a standard USB interface would be better. There is no storage case for the headphones and charging cable to be stored together. Perhaps a small storage bag would be a great inclusion (see picture)

I like it when it works but it frequently will only connect for audio or for microphone but not both. I would say this issue happens daily. Sometimes it can be fixed by removing it from my connected devices on my computer and sometimes it will not fix for a day or two

Good headphones. It does get a bit uncomfortable around my ears but it bearable. Calls are sometimes muffled and I have to call again. Knocked off stars because of the charging cable. It would've been better if it had been a generic charger instead of the one it has because when it breaks, I will be forced to buy a brand new headset instead of the charger. I wouldn't pay for another one when that time comes.
