PRO: The noise cancellation on this headset is superb. I've tested it by running water, crumpling up a chips bag, and talking around other household noises. Almost none of that sound is heard by the person I'm speaking to. I'm ordering a second set to keep in my noisy work truck, where phone conversation is almost impossible while the engine is running.     • the buttons to answer amd for volume are not in a well located easy access
i like the product overall its just the buttons are not located in a good spot therefore makes it hard to answer calls.

    • Horrific muting experience
I chose this headset for multiple reasons. The noise cancellation was not the highest on the list but it was a nice and well-functioning feature to have. I have had reports that the other party did not have any idea that I was running a shop-vac while talking to them. The sound quality understandably suffered a little bit during that time but it's not like the quality of the sound during other times was stellar to begin with. Not very impressed here. But the main reason I chose the headset for was the nice big mute button on the side that is easy to access and quick to find when one needs to unmute oneself to contribute to the conversation. Well, that idea was short lived. The muting and unmuting process generates a voice in the headset to notify one that one's headset is being muted and or unmuted. However, that voice is not overlaid on top of the incoming sound, nor does it complete the unmute until the nice female voice takes its time to announce that the headset is unmuted. As an example: you are part of a conversation just listening in passively. You are asked a question so you unmute yourself and wait for the nice lady to tell you that she will unmute your mic. In the meantime, any conversation or questions will be unknown to you because the headset mutes the incoming audio stream as well. After reaching out to the seller/manufacturer, it turns out that the voice cannot be changed to a simple beep or such. That is heavily disappointing and a deal breaker. I cannot use a headset in a meeting if it cuts out several seconds of incoming conversation. I went back to my wired headset. UPDATE: I was contacted by the seller due to my poor experience with the headset and this review. They offered to make things right. They offered me another headset (HS012 Basic) which should solve the muting problem. I happily accepted. However, my happiness did not last long. Once I tried the headset, it was clear that the same lady voice was reporting "Mute On" and "Mute Off" loudly, though this headset did not mute the incoming audio. If the incoming stream could be loud enough to overcome the Mute On/Off announcements, it would be a little better. But nobody shouts in meetings, I usually participate in pretty quiet and calm calls. Plus the noise canceling for the mic side does not seem to work as well as on the original Trucker headset which is definitely a minus when it comes to conference calls and suppression of ambient noise. The seller gets an extra star for trying to help but ultimately failing anyway. ... show more

    • I love it for Zoom meetings.
I bought this because it was recommended by another person at my work. I love it. So far so good with the meetings on Zoom or Microsoft Teams. It's easy to turn on and off using the Bluebeam Connection Settings on the computer, and also charging is easy.
