I absolutely love these shorts! If you want a fitted style get your regular size. If you want a little more wiggle room go 2 sizes up. I usually wear a size 27 in all Levi's so I purchased a size 29 after reading all the reviews!! At first as with all Levi's that are mostly or 100% cotton they mold to your body as you wear them, so this is after an entire day of running errands and chasing my two beautiful crazy kids! I am 5'2 and weigh 130-135, I do have a little mom pooch and these definitely hide that as well as the muffin top!!! Whoo hoo found my new go to shorts!! I will be buying so many more of these!!! Love love love these!!!!! Yes I'm obsessed!!!! Remember these are 501s and they do not have a stretchy feel to them but they are so comfortable! Back to my 90's yay!!

SIZE UP - Until this year I never tried sizing up a size in shorts but it's awesome for the loose fit. I sized up 1 size only and the shorts fit well but still have a little room in the waist which is perfect for the summer humidity. I think I could have gotten away with sizing 1 more size up if you do prefer a loose fit in the leg area as well. I got the Medium Indigo and I was a little worried the color was going to look like the photo because I actually wasn't a huge fan and the color was actually better in person, a richer/deeper blue that reminds me of the vintage levi's on everybody's pinterest board. As soon as I tried them on I was so pleasantly surprised that I started checking for other colors. Can't speak for all the styles and colors but would recommend these and would repurchase.

Levi’s are wonderful additions to any wardrobe. I wanted a white pair of jean shorts for summer and they didn't disappoint. They have a bit of stretch and will loosen up after a few hours of wearing but not enough for the shorts to look sloppy. They are extremely comfortable and very flattering. I always receive compliments when wearing them - they make your butt look great. I already own several other pairs in different colours. I found the sizing a bit large. I had to size down twice but thankfully, returns/exchanges with Amazon are effortless. If you have never tried these jean shorts, buy them. You'll find yourself reaching for them constantly. They hold up wear after wear. I wash inside out and hang to dry.

Fantastic. I don’t usually leave reviews and I’m very picky for all aspects of fashion yet these checked every point on my list for Jean shorts. Comfy, excellent fit, high quality, durable, and modest yet sexy. My waist is 26 and hips are 40, and I’m 123lbs so I was concerned that the size 26 would be too tight on my hips and big in the waist… but they were perfect and had a bit of stretch. I always have to tailor my outfits since I have bigger hips, but no need for these!! If you have bigger hips I would highly recommend these. I can easily sit or dance with these and they will be perfect for my family reunion/country dance next week. I tried on about 25-30 pairs in at the mall from Abercrombie, banana republic factory, Hollister, American eagle, and Nordstrom, but these topped them all. I HATE jean and denim shorts shopping because nothing fits me correctly but these are 10/10. Thoroughly impressed.

I haven't decided if I'm going to return these yet or not. I normally wear a 31 in levis and so I wanted to size up one for a slightly roomier fit so I got a size 32 and these felt like they fit like a 30. I got one other pair of levis shorts in a 32 and they were perfect. and I got pants recently in a 31 and that was also perfect. Its a great looking short and well made of course! I'm just sad that these fit smaller than what I was expecting after looking at the sizing chart and reviews. Theres no stretchiness to them if that helps anyone.

I LOVE these shorts. These ones have some stretch to them. I am 5’2 and weigh between 123-128 at my heaviest these are loose fitting. I ordered a size 27 based on the 501’s I tried on at target. They only had a size 26 and they were tight on the waist so I thought for sure 27 would fit just right. However, with these I probably would have been better off with the size 26. Still debating weather or not I’m am going to exchange.

Denim shorts that fit well are always next to impossible for me to find so I can’t even express how happy I was when I tried these on and they fit perfectly. After reading some reviews, I went ahead and bought two sizes up. They fit like a glove and look so good. They have some stretch but still hold their shape even after hours of wear. And they’re extremely comfortable. I will absolutely be buying more.

I love Levi shorts. These did not disappoint! I love them. I did size up after reading reviews. I wear a 29 in Levi jeans and a 30 in their shorts but after reading reviews, I sized up to a 33. They fit in the legs perfectly and have some extra room in the waist. Comfy to sit down in and throw on after being at the pool all day. Will definitely be purchasing more!
