This is a great and high quality jacket. The stitching on it looks great. Great attention to detail. I'm about 6 feet tall and around 240 pounds with a pretty big belly and I purchased the 3xl. It was a little long in the arms, going about an inch or two past my wrist. So I followed the care tag instructions and washed it in cold water and dried it on medium heat and now it fits perfect. It didn't shrink very much in the waist, where I need the most room, but just a little in the length and the arms. Love this jacket. Because I’m 6’6” and extremely lean athletic build I was worried about the fit being too boxy in the torso and too short in the arms for my mutant frame, even with the large tall size. Immediately upon putting it on I was grinning in approval and also some extra attitude I gotta be honest. This jacket surprised me with how long the arms are while still not being too tight, and the torso just fits perfectly when buttoned up. It’s like this thing was tailored for me specifically. Very generous arm length and very, very cool timeless design. This may be my single favorite jacket I’ve ever had. A nice thick fleece quarter zip underneath with both collars up or perhaps a thick hoodie and it’s a perfect way to beat the elements. Not to mention this jean jacket feels like it could last decades. Even the shoulders and seams are beyond perfect for me. Love this jacket - the bit of elastic material blended into the denim makes it extra comfortable. I did a lot of research and measurement on sizing, as I was stuck deciding between a Medium and a Large. I lean toward tailored fitting clothes but recommend the Large if you’re on this line. This also allows you to layer a hoodie or other shirt underneath without it being too tight. I am 5’9” 170 lbs and typically wear a Medium in everything (40” chest, 32/33 arm) but in this case love the Large. The cuffs do hit a bit high up at my wrist - but very workable - and I have a long reach, so if you’re under 5’10” the Large arms may be too long. Otherwise the fit is great for someone of my average weight and build, plus the layering consideration. ... show more

The jacket I received fits the same as trucker of decades ago: falls at the waist, fits snugly at the chest and armholes, and is just as flattering to a masculine physique as I recall in the seventies. It is also pre-washed, so it is soft from the get-go. Enjoy!

For reference I'm 5'8 @130lbs. XS fits with no room. However the sleeves were baggy and long. In addition the length was on the shorter side so I felt like an ape with long bulky sleeves wearing a smaller, shorter shirt. I tried rolling up the sleeves and it was a bit better. Bought the Wrangler in S and it was a better fit, thicker materials, the neck opening was also a bit tighter. I would say Levi's a bit more fashion forward than Wrangler.
